“James is wonderful. He’s always so friendly, he’s an amazing baker. Today, I walked in the door and it smelled wonderful. He was just finishing up making these Fibonacci rolls which are a puff pastry with caramelized sugar on the bottom, cinnamon, and some orange zest. They are buttery and flakey. He also makes great espresso! Definitely a top by if you’re in the area.“
