“I am very impressed by the customer service at this Fallbrook store. I worked with Fernando to place a a very large order for the following day. I received a call in the morning confirming they had started working on the order. I appreciated Fernando’s patience and kindness as I needed to change the order several times! KFC has a great employee at this Fallbrook location!!!“

“The food is good, but ordering on the app is difficult IF you try to place an order 1/2 hour before closing I live 2 miles away so plenty of time to cook and pickup order, so I must call to place an order and they won't honor online coupons. I am sure Little Caesars could program an option for the employees to use when the app has an early cut-off time.“

I came in just wanting a cup of water. I seen her at the bar cleaning up and I asked if it'll be OK if I get a cup to vet some water and with out any hesitation, she handed me a cup. I've gone to Starbucks and Del Taco and they denied me... Starbucks said I needed to buy something in order to get a cup of water. I went to Del Taco and the lady said that she has to charge me $3.80 for a cup of water... smh. Someone please find out who this lady is that helped me tonight! That's some A-1 customer Service!“

“Excellent service at this location! Very friendly. Offered swaps on sides and asked us if we wanted refills on our lemonade at no extra charge. Offered to remake an order for the group in front of us because the group was picking up their food late, and it had got cold. Food is delicious, as always, hits the spot!“

“Stopped here last minute for a quick bite. 4 guest with 45 minute wait. Decided to sit in bar area. Great waitress, overworked but never let it affect the service, Rachel, the best. Host and hostess at front, the worst. Too busy playing around with one another and seeming to be bothered by customers. Both had wild loose hair which was too close to customers food and they spared nothing in flipping it and having a great time like they were on a date. The food was good. My only complaint would be that The corn on the cob was overcooked which washed away the taste. My steak was good, others had ribs which fell off the bone and the pasta was good. Choices on the 3 for 10.00 makes for a great low budget meal“
