“We want to give a special thank you to Madison for the outstanding customer service she provided after we had an issue with our order. We reported the mistake the same day it happened, but we didn’t have enough time to return before the store closed so they could remake it. Thankfully, they allowed us to come back on another day to have our order remade.

We also want to recognize Marisol, who was the first person to help us. She explained that we could use our store credit and let us know exactly how the process worked. We really appreciated her guidance.

When we finally came back, Madison made the entire experience exceptional. Even though some time had passed since the original issue, she was kind, professional, understanding, and incredibly efficient. She handled everything with a positive attitude, made us feel welcome, and resolved the situation quickly without any hassle.

Honestly, I’ve never experienced customer service quite like this before. Madison turned a frustrating situation into a great experience, and she’s the kind of employee who makes people want to come back. “Mitchell at the Murrieta Walmart was incredible. She was working by herself moving at the speed of light to keep up with the orders. “I went through the drive through with a friend for a fried breakfast, expecting the mid-teir chicken and soggy fries like every other experience at a Raising Canes. But what I wasn't expecting was for the best chicken meal I have ever had in my life. The chicken was soft and juicy, with a crisp crunchy breading that just fell apart in your mouth. The main show is the fries tho, they are hot, as fresh as it can get, the hot fry was soft yet crisp. It was the world's most perfect French fry. The toast was soft and buttery, also very fresh. I will definitely be returning to California, not for the beaches or sunsets. Only for this particular Raising Canes location.“

Host and hostess at front, the worst. Too busy playing around with one another and seeming to be bothered by customers. Both had wild loose hair which was too close to customers food and they spared nothing in flipping it and having a great time like they were on a date. The food was good. My only complaint would be that The corn on the cob was overcooked which washed away the taste. My steak was good, others had ribs which fell off the bone and the pasta was good. Choices on the 3 for 10.00 makes for a great low budget meal“

“Chicken from a gas station, you say? YES! 100 times YES! I have always heard that Krispy Krunchy Chicken was good, but if I had known it was this good, I would have tried it sooner. The chicken is actually crispy and crunchy and has a ton of flavor with a little spicy kick. You can see that under the skin there is a little hot sauce involved in the prep. And now the red beans and rice: do not sleep on this side. It is soooo good. For fast food chicken and even for chicken from a sit down restaurant this stuff is top notch. Pro tip, get there early, because they run out. So what are you waiting for?!?!“

I walked it was busy I was still greeted, which i appr.I didn't wait long until I was greated with a great warm and welcoming attitude with the smile on his face. I later found out bet the man's name was Bear. He was kind he was quick, he was quick to answer any questions that I had. I'm a bit of a picky eater when it comes to my pizza. He had no hesitation on accommodating my alterations for my pizza. He he even suggested a new alteration for me which turned out to be fantastic. He was also great at explaining to me the specials that they have their to you know save some money which was fantastic and I appreciate that of him. I may not do reviews very often, when I do it is because I would like to let the business know that they do have a very good employee working in their store.
