“What a sweet little spot! I asked ChatGPT for the best rated French style bakery in Visalia and this was first on the list and rightfully so! Their special bread pudding was divine! What looked like heavy cream frosting turned out to be Italian meringue - so much lighter and very yummy! The bread part underneath - made of leftover fruit pastries was heavy enough on its own and so tasty with fruit bits popping up from time to time. Great use of yesterday’s unsold fruit pastries!

Their focaccia bread with tomatoes, mozzarella and rosemary was also wonderful! There are lovely sourdough rustic round breads and so many desserts there that I want to go back & try.

The little shop is clean and the staff is warm & friendly. It has a few tables and serves coffee and tea drinks as well. Not sure who’s going to Starbucks with this little gem literally next door on Main Street! ✌🏼“

“The only nearest Cinnabon is in Tulare gas station. They closed Visalia Mall and Fresno Fair. I called earlier and the person on the phone left me on hold, I wanted to confirm they make fresh Cinnabon. Made the drive to Tulare l, it’s a little shop, not a stand. So they serve fresh hot ones and boxed ones. Special for hot Cinnabons is 2 for $8, and box of 6 is $17. The prices went up but still happy. The lady was pleasant and told me which box was the freshest batch.“

“This is my favorite bakery in all of Tulare, the bread is always fresh and delicious and stays good quality for several days after purchase too.
I haven't had a chance to try out their cakes yet but they always look gorgeous and really well decorated.

But the hostess did double duty and was pitching in and delivering customers' checks.. and I'll still walk a mile and then some for that Cobb salad and lemon meringue pie. The lunch combo of clam chowder, Cobb salad & my beloved lemon meringue pie was just as fresh and tasty as I remembered. The salad bar is now up and running too. I'll be back!“
