I did a mobile order and picked up according to the app I was first in line. I walked in the store and it was empty the employees looked my way but did not greet me. I stood there for approximately five minutes waiting to see if anyone would ask me anything until someone else walked in and one of the employees finally approached the registered to help the customer checking out. Delicious cookies. Price is a bit much but the cookies are thickety thick so you're getting what you're paying for. Different flavors every week, so it's fun going often to see what's available.

No customers were in the place, but it took her/them a while to ask what I wanted because they were both busy. There were two workers, but I guess they were expecting each other to handle the one customer. (Me). They need to have better customer service. I was ready to walk out without purchasing. The cookie was good but gave me the runs.
