THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS OUT OF WHAT THEY HAVE ADVERTISED, I LIVE IN VISALIA AND HAVE TO TRAVEL TO TULARE TO GET MY ORDER AS TULARE ALWAYS HAS WHAT IS ADVERTISED, AND I AM NOT TALKING 1 TIME, LAST NIGHT MADE THE 3RD TIME IN A ROW VISALIA CRUMBLE LOST MY BUSINESS, VERY POOR MANAGEMENT SHE NEEDS TO GO AND CRUMBL NEEDS TO FIND SOMEONE WHO WILL BETTER MANAGE THE STORE. So I just picked up an order of four cookies tonight from Crumbl Cookie Visalia which were completely RAW and uncooked thoroughly. My wife called the store and spoke to Destiny to let them know about our order and we were flat out told we were wrong and the cookies were cooked all the way. We’ve ordered from Crumbl before and have never had this issue. Not only were the cookies terrible but the fact the employee had the audacity to tell us we were wrong and when he/she was told we were just going to report it because we were not getting anywhere with him/her, the response was “Go ahead” and he/she proceeded to hang up the phone. Terrible customer service. I will never order from them again.
