“VICTOR!!!! Victor was absolutely amazing. He had the most pleasant customer service despite there only being 2 employees there that night. We had an issue with our order and he apologized and took the order. I have not had great customer service like that in a very long time anywhere. Victor is a vibe an experience. Agreat example of how to treat your customers!!!“

“This is the best taco truck around. Food is 🔥 seasoned to perfection. Fantastic service. Has a seating area if you want to eat here. Overall best taco truck I’ve found in the Visalia/ Ivanhoe area. The asada torta is huge, asada burrito is 🔥 and the salsa and hot sauce are delicious. 3rd time this week coming here“

“This taco truck was bomb! Looked like it was just one guy running the whole thing — a true one-man band — and he killed it. Super friendly, hardworking, and made everything fresh to order. The food was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the wait. You can tell he puts a lot of love into what he does. I’ll 100% be back!“
“Amazingly delicious, definitely worth the stop during my road trip. You'll get plenty of perfectly seasoned and cooked meat along with fresh veggies (onion cilantro tomato etc). You can also order ahead via phone! Never seen that perk at a roadside food truck before.
Dietary restrictions: No promises regarding cross contamination but the naturally gluten free classics are here (I got the carnitas tacos which have no gluten ingredients).“

“I ordered 2 tripa tacos and 2 gorditas de chicharrón. The tripas were actually good but very underseasoned. The gorditas were fried and to my surprise they had nopales which was a plus, however I could tell they were from a can and were dry. The staff was ehhh 5/10. The food was alright 7.5/10. They need to season up more and a smile goes a long way. I would come back tho.“
