We attended the Dueling Piano event. It was fun and family friendly but don’t allow kid songs. One parent even requested the ABC song.
Great pizza. Good Caesar Salad w/brisket. A tad too much dressing. Note to self: ask for dressing on the side. 126 kolsch is tasty. Java Bump (coffee blonde) is delish. Atmos is pleasant. And who doesn't want to support fire fighters?!!

Red Engine Brewing Company is a new establishment in Fillmore that has great potential. The ambience is welcoming and relaxed, with high ceilings, lots of nice seating including community tables and individual tables, making it a comfortable spot for game nights and family gatherings. The service is friendly, and the staff is very helpful. The menu offers delicious pizzas, buffalo wings, burrata salad, and a variety of fresh brewed beer, including great brews, ciders, and seltzers. Customers have especially enjoyed the Burrata Salad, particularly when paired with the homemade spicy ranch, and the margherita pizza, despite it being slightly overcooked in some parts. The pizza is highly praised, and the prices are reasonable. For drinks, the El jefe with lime is recommended, and the Java Bump beer has received praise from those who don’t usually drink beer. The atmosphere can get loud during events, making conversations difficult, and the large open space has nothing to dampen the sounds. The bathrooms are super clean, and there are lots of events happening on different days of the week, which could make this place a community centerpiece. The cool fire truck inside adds to the charm, making it a popular hangout for families and friends. Customers may need to navigate the pickup station to get their orders, but the staff is helpful in this process.
