For starters their food is actually pretty good, they are usually my go to spot in town for Mexican food, the only problem is I usually call during lunch and they never answer their phone there, leaving me no choice but to go elsewhere. I'd say I've ate there 2 out of 10 times that I wanted to, and that's only due to not getting my call answered
The chorizo and eggs was ok, maybe needed a little more salt/seasoning. Beans and rice tasted right. Salsa was on point. Staff was nice, although noted the business didn't allow outside drinks... We'll likely be back.

This place has the best tripas! They’re always served fresh and crispy ! I live in Santa Clarita, but I drive through Fillmore a couple times a month and each time I stop in Fillmore for some tripas tacos !! The customer service is awesome too. Must try this place !
