I had a very disappointing experience at Big Island BBQ in Gilbert. I placed an online order scheduled for pickup at 5:15 PM. I arrived on time, checked in, and sat down to wait. As I waited, I noticed several other orders being called—at least six or more—including numbers higher than mine.

Ordered grilled chicken breast was not breast was thigh meat and when I told the person at the front they just said it is white meat and walked away. Just sucks that you lie about your food
