We really enjoyed our dinner. Our server was warm and welcoming, checked in often and was pleasant and professional. Food was tasty. We are never disappointed.
This BJ restaurant in Folsom is always a favorite to dine at. the staff are super friendly and attentive and the food is always fresh and tasty.
The chopped salad was not a chopped salad . Different then it use to be . Everything was good not great . Service was Fantastic
We were expecting the Happy Hour prices. Our server entered some wrong details and we ended up paying more. We asked him to help us with the bill concerns.... He asked that we take the money out of his tip. Very kind, but, we still gave him a good tip. We did not discuss it with Management. One dish was a rare Hamburger with fries and it was very good and cooked just right. The other meal was a dinner special: Vey good Chicken Parmesan with angel hair pasta. The food was good and IFwe had gotten the menu prices expected and a more efficient server, it would have been great.
Haven't been to BJ's in about 10 years from multiple bad experiences... tried it again today & both entrees were terrible & service, mediocre. Food way overpriced for the food itself & restaurant... can't say I'll be giving it another go in the future.

My experience here was absolutely resplendent. Elise was by far the greatest server I’ve ever had in my entire life. I will be back ready for more smiley face French fries.

I visited this location a few weeks ago with my girlfriend and her mom, and our experience was incredibly disappointing. We seated ourselves at the bar, but no server approached us for 15-20 minutes. When we finally received water, the glasses were dirty, with food floating inside. We ordered drinks and nachos to start, but our drink glasses were stained with food marks. The nachos came out cold, stale, and flavorless.
When we asked to speak with the manager, she didn’t do much to address our concerns. She brought us new glasses, but they were just as dirty as the first ones. After we complained about the nachos, the server took them away without offering to remake them or bring us something else. He simply said he would bring the bill.
I emailed the restaurant afterward to share our experience, but never received a response. I won’t be returning. It’s especially disappointing because I’ve enjoyed BJ’s at other locations in the past, but this visit completely ruined my impression of the brand.

Food was cold and the service was bad. Noah was our waiter and he was totally rude, and I'm surprised he was even able to get the simplest service job. Not going back here again.

I recently visited BJ’s Restaurant on December 20th at 1:30 PM, and I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable experience. From the moment I was seated, the service was unprofessional and aggressive. My server was rude and snapped back at me when I tried to place my order when he didn’t understand what I was saying. This was just the beginning of a series of issues.
The food itself was not much better. The salad I received was wilted, and the queso was cold. I had ordered the $13 unlimited salad and soup, which is supposed to come with a Pizookie, but I never received the dessert. I was also being charged for $50 worth of food I didn’t order when I scanned the QR code to pay. When I pointed this out to my server he mumbled something under his breath and walked away, completely ignoring me for the rest of the meal.
It wasn’t just my server who was unhelpful—during the entire time we were at the restaurant, I felt completely invisible. For 30 minutes, I tried to get boxes, but my server, as well as three other staff members, ignored me while they went to every other table around us. They would avoid eye contact and pass us without saying a word when I was trying to waive one down. At one point, I saw them standing at the hostess stand, talking to each other and glaring at us, which made me feel very uncomfortable.
As the only Asian woman in the restaurant, I couldn’t shake the feeling that this was targeted aggression. The hostility and unwelcoming behavior made me feel scared and disrespected, and I was left confused as to why I was treated this way. I’ve visited other BJ’s locations before, and I’ve never experienced such blatant disrespect or discrimination. This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, and I will not be returning to any BJ’s in the future after what happened.

Young children seated behind us, yelling, screaming, crying..not the restaurants fault but there were other children in other areas of restaurant, why couldn't all families with children be seated in the same area?
