BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

First and foremost the waiter was great and understanding apologized for quality of food and long wait times for appetizers. We ordered avocado egg rolls and the avocados were slightly green but mostly brown and mushy as they looked to be days old. We ordered deep dish nachos and they seemed to have sat under nether a heat lamp to long or were cooked with a heat lamp. Corn chips were hard and burnt very little cheese and the cheese was hard and pasted to the chips. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and they were okay but were luke warm in middle. We had a party of 7 and all 7 of us would agree we would not ever return to BJ's in Folsom. Food came out at separate times and some of us waited 10 to 15 minutes while others were done eating. I hate to say this but one of my worst experiences in a very long time and I personally do a lot of traveling through out the United States. Would not recommend this place.

I do not usually make posts or reviews, but Eric was an excellent server, went out of his way to make us feel well taken care of. If you ever go here, just ask for Eric. He makes a very amazing, enjoyable, and relaxed dining experience.

Kelley was our server and she was terrific!! She was so nice and very efficient making sure we had everything we needed! She made our experience extra enjoyable! The food was great and the price was great too!

Exceptional service from Bryan M. and Cora! Both are very kind and extremely helpful. I also prefer this location over the Roseville location. The food and the service is better.

Employees really need to improve in the waiting times for doordash orders I was waiting for around 30 plus minutes for just a kids mini dish deep pizza and white cheddar mashed potatoes unbelievable

My daughter and her friends went and were told they had a 45 minute wait for a table. 2hr later they left without being seated. the manager- justin- said thats to be expected because they're busy. So make a reservation and make sure you are an appropriate visitor or you'll wait 2 hrs, be turned away and away and Justin will treat you like human garbage

Amazing Service and Great Vibes!
I had such a great experience at BJ’s! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and super attentive. Our server went above and beyond—constantly checking in, making great menu recommendations, and making sure everything came out just right. The food was delicious (can’t go wrong with the pizookie for dessert!), but the customer service truly made the visit memorable. You can tell the team really cares about the guest experience. We’ll definitely be back soon!
