I had such a kind and loving experience here! The cafe is hidden away on the first floor of Broadstone Sports Club, but once you find it, you MUST check it out! The owners are so friendly and sweet and serve you with a smile! Amazing food too, the tofu bowls are delicious!

Favorite lunch place in Folsom. The Thai bowl and curry bowl are both excellent. generous portions and kinda healthy with the side salad. Tip for the owner: offer brown rice, please!

I was at the club with a friend and wanted something healthy a quick before picking the kids up to school and she suggested the cafe. It was exactly what I was looking for! Lots of healthy options and super friendly staff! The owner, Dina was there and she is wonderful! I was so excited to find this cafe and found out you don’t need to be a member of Broadstone to enjoy their delicious food! I highly recommend giving it a try....you won’t be disappointed!
