Had to run here while getting a battery installed at Batteries Plus (they don’t have a restroom?) so my toddler could pee. I can’t use one without buying something as I think it’s rude so my bathroom run was expensive ??♀️Jess and Rayan were super sweet and helpful when taking our order and handing my daughter her waffle.
I was just helped by someone named Jillian I believe. I hope I'm spelling her name right. She was wonderful, she greeted me right when I walked in and helped me with my order. She also asked if I need a drink carrier and put my drinks in it for me when I said yes. Normally I have to ask for one and I'm just handed the carrier to put my drinks in myself. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for her kindness and great service.

So, I accidentally ordered 2 juices from the wrong Jamba. Although I didn't walk in to this Jamba, the manager helped me thru the situation and e shred I had my juices. I was super frustrated and this guy, I believe the manager (today) saved the day, and I can't thank him more. Cheers Jamba!
