So, I accidentally ordered 2 juices from the wrong Jamba. Although I didn't walk in to this Jamba, the manager helped me thru the situation and e shred I had my juices. I was super frustrated and this guy, I believe the manager (today) saved the day, and I can't thank him more. Cheers Jamba!

Had to run here while getting a battery installed at Batteries Plus (they don’t have a restroom?) so my toddler could pee. I can’t use one without buying something as I think it’s rude so my bathroom run was expensive ??♀️Jess and Rayan were super sweet and helpful when taking our order and handing my daughter her waffle.

Good location. I usually order via the app and have never had a problem. My order has always been accurate and as expected.

Poor communication! I placed my order on the app and it stated "Go directly to the pick up area in the store for your order. Order ready at" So I waited and waited and waited. I watched them make my Order and leave it on the counter and left to serve a customer making an order. Then after a while the assistant manager asked me my order. I gave her my name and she told me "I had to check in with them first". THATS NOT WHAT THE APP SAID!!!!!

The young man cashier was very very friendly (Christian S)! Excellent customer service but there was two ladies in the back standing in the walk way of the door to the back behind the counter, while another lady made my drink, they were mocking me and staring at me and made us feel very unwelcome and judged. This was Thursday April 13th and my drink was very tart, peach perfection. Check # 101. 2:53pm.

This locations parking lot is usually always busy and full so parking is always difficult. I ordered the chunky strawberry bowl and they were out of bananas and bowl lids. They offered to add extra strawberries but it's just not the same without bananas. Went inside to order and it was prepared fast so that was a surprise.
