Been going to Chang's for over 10 years and the food has continued to be great, there are a lot of meat and vegetable options. The wait staff is friendly and has remembered my name over the years. Definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys mongolian bbq.

very different experience which is always nice! the raw food is laid out for you and there are so many variations of food to choose from when you hand it to the chefs. we went here for my mom's birthday dinner and it was a nice experience. the servers were very nice however i do wish that we ate more because we were very full by the first round. i would suggest to eat smaller portions at a time to get your money's worth, but other than that it was nice to try how something new!

I was a regular customer here until they continued to raise their prices and priced me out. $19.00 now for dinner. Unfortunately, just not worth it any more which is a bummer because I liked them.

I like this all you can eat place. It's affordable and the meat and vegtables are fresh. They have a wide selection of meat and vegetables and also include shrimp and calamari. They have a wide selection of sauces you can put to make it as savory or spicy as you want. I have been going to this place over 20 years.

Great food, decent prices ($11 for kids under 10, $15ish for adults, add $2 for unlimited) , and great vegetarian and vegan options.Before I came I was wondering if they were going to have tofu, a good enough variety of veggies, and a clean veggie area (with meat separated from the veggies) and I was please to find all are true.Very happy with the options. They also serve free wonton, white rice, and egg drop soup right to your table while you're at the buffet area. Afterwards, there is soft serve for the kiddos and for you.Music was kept at a low enough volume, bathrooms were clean, tables were clean, and the staff was friendly and quick to refill waters.We will 100% be back.Vegetarian options: Tofu, pineapple, many veggies including 2 types of cabbage, spinach, mushrooms, beansprouts, carrots, and more. Many vegan sauces as well.Dietary restrictions: Can get rice right to your table, so if you don't add noodles to your buffet bowl you can get a GF meal. Everything is cooked on the same grill, so if you have allergies, or extreme aversion to cooked with meat stuff I do not recommend.Kid-friendliness: No issues with kids. And even has a kid price for 10 and under.Wheelchair accessibility: Door is not automatic but there are plenty of wheelchair accessible tables. And bars in the bathrooms.

Best Mongolian grill and food I've had to date, staff are quick to help you and kind. The food is buffet style, you pick exactly what you want and they cook it for you. Very delicious food!
Awful customer service. Cheap place n cheap attitude!We ordered 2 buffets (2 of us). We hardly ate n asked for a to go box. The waitress, says NO to go box as we ate multiple round of buffets.We hardly finished even one bowl. The waitress goes back inside clarifies with someone, if we took multiple rounds of food. The whole kitchen crew peaks in as though we did something ?.Very cheap Asian place with messed up mentality. Very rude.Would not recommend this place, filthy place!

This is one of the best meals around. They are consistent and priced well. The sauce mix is the best and the ice cream machine is superb. I don't know what magical land the noodles come from but I haven't found anything else quite as good. I have been eating here since I was a little kid and no other grill has ever lived up to it.

It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Mongolian restaurant. I wish they had the appetizers to grill at you own table but the wontons and sauce with soup and rice took care of the appetizers. Joanne was the best waitress! So sweet and invited us warmly! The bbq guys were helpful with picking spices! Making this a once a month place when Joann is working!!!

Seating system and service was chaotic. Food quality was ok, but like 9 scoops of various sauces in my one bowl and still somehow lacked flavor....its almost like they water down their sauces...? Definitely not my choice in Mongolian BBQ places to go
