It was great. 1 thing bothered me and it was a very young girl in establishment and her parents were at bar drinking (seemed they are regular patrons) at noon while she was on her tablet. Needless to say 2 drinks each is to many while driving a kid around.

I might have rated this a 5 star if I was aware that it was serve yourself day. Sat there for 5 minutes at least and didn't see a worker. Monday at 1 pm. Noticed a kitchen person on the way out. Last time we were there the bartender was drinking more than the patrons. They have beer that we really like, but it needs a good reset, and a good cleaning.

Old dirty pub.....Hubbz really wanted a boddingtons so we went for lunch. I ordered the fish and chips....it was a huge portion of bland fish with the fried batter falling off....fries were overcooked. Obnoxious regulars belly up to the bar......dirty bathrooms....would not return

I very much enjoyed coming here! It was my first time. I met my girlfriends here and we had an absolute blast. The atmosphere is everything you think it is for an English pub! Our waitress was, darling! The food was excellent! We will make this a regular place.

Service was ok once we got it, we were sitting at the bar for a good 15 minutes. 4 different people showed up next to us plenty of time after we got there and got served first.
Had the Fish and chips. The fish was good and hot but the bed of fries it was on was luke warm at best. Fearing an even longer wait, we just ate and got on our way.
The place is nice as are the staff, I believe they just get too busy and lose track of who sits down when.
The fish and chips were absolutely horrible! The fish was DRY and no seasoning in the batter and the fries were over cooked and soggy. It was horrible. I will never go back there.

We got there on a Friday night, a little past 10pm and they were no longer serving food. We had a couple of Guiness and left. There was karaoke that night and people seem to be having a good time! We'll try again next time to see how their food tastes!

They have an infestation of flies. There were several circling my table while I was eating and many more around the other tables. Absolutely unacceptable. The service and food were fine but if they don't address their fly problem there's no chance I'm coming back.
