Rude worker kept on disrespecting me over my name as I was trying to pick up my order and they told me “good luck “ as I was leaving. The worst experience I have ever felt by the heavier set worker. The other worker was friendly but that disrespect is unacceptable and then on top of it all he refused to even help me with the mishap and not even putting pepperoni on the pizza.

Folsom location off Blue Ravine has terrible customer service. Their GM is terrible and does not take a breath to actually listen to you. He just wants to talk over you and not shut up for a minute!

Terrible terrible customer service. Terrible general manager there right now. We live 12 mins away and they refuse to come to our address anymore after several years of them delivering to us. General manager would not listen and actually look at the map to see we live on the border of folsom and EDHs which is why they have always delivered to us. Terrible GM! Go to Cameron Park location.

It's not typical, but my pizza was a 2/5. It was below average and not normal of other pizzas I have gotten at Domino's. Bubbling up pockets and cheese clumps were all over the misshapen pizza. Lots of grease this time, too. I normally get good pizzas at Domino's, and this place hasn't disappointed up until I got this pizza. I think overall though, the store is fine. I was notified my order was ready on the app when it wasn't, but I only had to wait an additional 5 minutes when they were pulling out the pizza from the oven. I have gotten good pizzas before here. Those are my only critiques for improvement. I will still come here in the future.

The past year with this Dominoes has been good. Orders are accurate otherwise the manager will make up for it. It's good customer service and friendly staff.

I don't normally put reviews for big chain fast food but this location definitely had us blown away by the pizza delivered to us. The ingredients were fresh, pizza was loaded and tasted really good. Super impressed by this Dominos, so glad we live close by!

Picked up an order last night and the pizza was perfect...great customer service and it was ready right when I got there. Great job guys! I'll definitely be making this my regular pizza spot! 👍

This is the first time I've ordered from dominos in a while. The pizza was very skimpy on sauce and cheese. A hair-thin layer of cheese on a $16 pizza. I would have been even more disappointed if I paid for delivery. I can't imagine myself wasting my money on this in the future.
