Einstein's Cafe

This place is located inside the same building the houses the Folsom Public Library. I have been here before but I have to admit it was only to grab a Gunther's ice cream after leaving the library. Today, after returning a book, I stopped into Einstein's as I was hungry. I ordered a pastrami sandwich on sourdough. It was surprisingly good. What a gem of a cafe! I stopped in here after taking my kids to Folsom Zoo , I wish we had eating lunch here instead of getting an overpriced tiny corn dog at the zoo Snack Shack! They have a Espresso Bar, serve Gunther's Ice Cream (17 flavors), make fresh Gourmet Sandwiches for about $7, have some baked goodies like you would find at a coffee shop, and what is more a nice air-conditioned Lounge area to enjoy your food in. Ask Hannah for the veggie sandwich with the works, you won't be disappointed! It is definitely the best veggie sandwich in town! Not only that, but they are so nice there! I didn't know what I wanted to order, but they had no problem taking time to help me decide, giving me several recommendations and answering all of the questions I had. Be sure to also try the taro ice cream if you want a sweet treat! A+
