What a hidden gem! Although I've lived in Folsom for 35 years, today was my first time visiting Erik's sandwich shop. I was astounded by the deliciousness and freshness of our sandwiches. Their menu is fantastic, and it took forever to decide what to order. My friend has been there several times, and she said every sandwich is great. And, they are huge! Half for lunch, half for dinner. I will definitely be returning, time and time again, until I can try them all. Thank you, Erik's for being my new number one favorite sandwich place. Everything else is mediocre in comparison!

The food: bomb.com, tasted like it was made with love. The service: JJ(whose name was thankfully on the receipt) and the young lady that was working in the back helped me order the most amazing sandwich. They were so kind and full of smiles, I appreciate that kind of energy from a mile away. The music: nice volume and fun beats, could still talk. The walls: full of vibrant and creative artwork showcasing the city. 10/10 all around.

I have tried this establishment four times and only once was the sandwich almost correct. If it wasn't so much for a sandwich, I wouldn't mind getting whatever you decided to make me. One more thing, you have the skimpiest pickles ever.

I had Turkey and ham on pita bread it had ham on one side and Turkey on the other but it was mostly sprouts. Then after I paid I noticed that 62 and over get 10% discount but when I brought it to their attention they told me I had to tell them before I paid (really) I’m 70 years old with a gray hair and beard and I have to tell them I’m old not impressed won’t go back and don’t waste your time my wife had sandwich on wheat and bread was stale

Anyway, we were in Folsom and came across one. We decided to get sandwiches for lunch. Just like I remember it.
Nice tasty, well made food. This place is not inexpensive but very fairly priced for the food they are preparing and serving.

I usually enjoy Erick’s Deli, but my recent pickup experience was disappointing. I waited 30 minutes before ultimately requesting a refund because my daughter had a performance to attend, I had ordered in advance in the app and it was not ready when I drove over so I waited for 30 minutes and it still was not ready.. had I known in advance, we would have chosen another option to ensure she could eat. It may be beneficial for the location to consider additional staffing.
Love Donna and the entire Erik's Team! They do such a fantastic job getting our catering orders to us. Donna is always quick to respond for an order, and even for small orders she helps us out. Small issues come up and she is super quick to help/fix. I go here occasionally on my own and their sandwiches never disappoint. Its hard to operate a sandwich shop in Folsom with so many competitors, but they do a slam job! My company will always order from them

Delicious gorgonzola salad. Fresh varied lettuce (no yucky iceberg lettuce here) ample candied walnuts, chicken, cranberries. Rebecca made the salad and sandwich super quick with a very charming attitude as well.
