Tried this place for the first time and it was amazing. I had the PotBelly and it was delicious. I will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved that they had vegan options !!! The farmers market sandwich is terrific as you never see sandwich places have sprouts or mushrooms for veggie sandwiches :) just replace the hot mustard with regular mustard and it’s vegan. very delicious and the vegetarian vegetable soup is also vegan and we loved it !Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

Mediocre on every level except service. The tuna was particularly gloppy and flavorless. Soup was bland.Don't seem to be trying to win anybody's repeat business.

What a find for fresh, wholesome, generous sandwiches... and soups and salads!! Great staff too! Sure beats the "chain" places...

I ordered the Del Monte Special on gluten free bread. I only tasted the bread because it lacked filling. The sandwich was so thin I had to take it apart to find the few strings of sprouts, onions, avacado, etc. For $12, i anticipated the sandwich to have some substance. It didn't fill me up at all, also ordered the Erik's Carrot Cake, it was pretty good.

Looking at their menu, if you don't want one of their 8 specialty sandwiches or a warm sandwich you're out of luck. Fortunately, when I asked, I learned I could build my own. But there is no list of bread or veggies so you gotta guess what they have. The sandwich was OK, very dry even though they put "Erik's Goo" on it which added zero flavor. No reason to come back, really. Jersey Mikes and the Sourdough Co. are way better and no more expensive.

This is my favorite deli in the Folsom area. 1. Carley is an absolute awesome person who took care of us and gave great recommendations.2. The food is fresh, filling, and tasty.3. The sandwich didn't lack a thing, and I'd happily visit again.4. Great beer options from local breweries.Sandwich places have been getting expensive. The price point is perfect, and you leave happy and content after a good meal.Thank you for the great service!

Great sandwiches! Great service! They also have local beer on tap. Carley is awesome, she always takes great care of us when we come in. Definitely one of my favorite sandwich spots and we will be coming in regularly! Highly recommended Erik's Deli for anyone who likes sandwiches, beer, and good service.

Perfect spot for a great, quick lunch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is kept very neat and clean with spots to dine inside and I think outside. I loved the half sandwich and soup combo. Clam chowder was a bit bland but overall, I enjoyed it.

I love this place! Food is fresh & delicious. Service is prompt & friendly. Co Owner Carly is special and her partner Ron is excellent, they both have a long history with the Erik's organization.
