What a hidden gem! Although I've lived in Folsom for 35 years, today was my first time visiting Erik's sandwich shop. I was astounded by the deliciousness and freshness of our sandwiches. Their menu is fantastic, and it took forever to decide what to order. My friend has been there several times, and she said every sandwich is great. And, they are huge! The food: bomb.com, tasted like it was made with love. The service: JJ(whose name was thankfully on the receipt) and the young lady that was working in the back helped me order the most amazing sandwich. They were so kind and full of smiles, I appreciate that kind of energy from a mile away. The music: nice volume and fun beats, could still talk. The walls: full of vibrant and creative artwork showcasing the city. 10/10 all around.
