The food is fine for a poke restaurant but this place is disgustingly dirty. Lots of dry sauce on the tables and the floors are filthy. Lots of dirt and old caked in grease. The kitchen looks chaotic and dirty. The rag they used to clean the tables is in a bucket on the floor filled with dark dirty water. How can someone not care this badly?

pretty disappointing. i used to love this place and crave it often but every time i get it now i regret it. i paid $33 for a bowl and a masubi. they charge for every little extra thing. i asked for a couple more cream cheese bites and edamame beans and was charged for extra toppings 4 times. the jalapeños were rotten. it seemed to really bother her that i asked for a masubi.

I orders food online for a pick up and it was ready when I arrived. The place was clean and organized. I received a decent portion for my half rice and half salad regular bowl. Really delicious and fresh.

Food: I got salmon, ahi, and shrimp in my bowl. Everything was fresh. Ordered the regular size bowl with 3 scoops. Price, just under $19 total. No extras. A lot of topping options and sauce options. Bowl was very good... but maybe a tad overpriced. Service: Place wasn't busy at the hour I went in (approx. 1pm). So, quick service. Person who took my ordered gave recommendations on sauces. Very polite. Ambience: Clean, white walls and tables. A little basic besides the cute neon light that was good for a photo op. Napkin and utensil station was clean.

I got terrible food poisoning, still suffering 4 days later. It was the only thing within 48 hours that I ate that my wife did not. Something was off smell wise in the restaurant. Not bad but just like off. I was in a hurry so didn't listen to my gut. I'm listening now. Service was friendly

Great service, unique toppings (bacon pieces and sesame seed coated cream cheese bites), fresh fish, unique Japanese drinks - what more could one ask?

Poke is always a light and healthy meal, so I wanted to check this little place out. Couple tables for seating. First off, it's $20 for the "large" size bowl, which is a decent size but still steep. The average person could finish it when hungry. The main issue I saw with this place - there was only a single staff up front making the poke bowls. No water/drink machine, just drinks for purchase. No soy sauce container provided either? If you want to ask the worker something, you'll have to wait a while while he finishes the bowl of the customer ordering or a door dash order. They need at least 2 people up front handling things. Quality wise the poke was pretty good, with a good selection of protein and toppings (otherwise I'd have dropped 2 stars). Given this experience, probably won't come back.

Service at this place is not adequate. The food is bland. There is no real ambiance. There are better places to try.

I have ordered food here 8-10 times before. Today all food came spoiled. Pineapples tased moldy. My kids noticed 1st that the food tastes weird. Even on picture you see fresh cucumber vs delivered. All bowls smelled really bad.

First, you don't serve Poke on warm rice. It just heats up the raw fish which is meant to be enjoyed cold. The fish lacked any flavor and drizzling a little sauce on top wasn't enough to change that.

It was a terrible poke bowl, I won't be back. Got it for me and mom and she said the same.

We ended up here for unplanned dinner but I was pleasantly surprised by our meal. The portion was a bit small for the price but overall I thought it was better quality than some other places I've tried. We were greeted upon entering and they were ready to serve us. Everything is listed out on the menu above but I like actually seeing the ingredients, which you can see but nothing is labeled so I was constantly looking up at the screen and down at the counter. Otherwise it's pretty straightforward and similar ordering style to other build your own poke bowl places. Everything tasted very fresh and I loved that they had some things that aren't commonly at other places like the lemon wedges, cream cheese bites, and togarashi. I was not a fan of the crab salad though, it had more of a tuna salad texture which I wasn't a fan of. Would definitely consider eating here again if I was in this shopping center! It's not an everyday kind of place though since our total came out to $40 for two poke bowls and a side of rice (which was $4 and I thought that was really unnecessary considering you can buy a small bag under $10). But it's a good option if you're wanting poke in Folsom.

Tasty and fresh poke bowl with spring green, but pricey at $18.99 for a small bowl (its small, if really hungry get large). Not sure why tips requested on payment screen for carry out esp at price point. Would come back again.

Ordered a large poke bowl with salmon and spicy tuna. It was a good standard poke bowl but nothing super exciting. A little on the pricier side but a really good portion size. Pick-up was easy and the place looks nice, modern and clean.
