A friend of ours took us to this fabulous gelato store yesterday I’ve never seen anything of sanitary as this which means a lot to me because my husband has Multiple myeloma cancer immune system. I have never in this country had gelato this good. The people that served you were wearing masks and the containers of the gelato were covered not like other stores were. Cià di Gelateria is a wonderful place for authentic Italian gelato in Folsom. The shop focuses on small-batch gelato with a variety of classic and seasonal flavors. The texture of the gelato is smooth and creamy, and the flavors feel balanced and not overly sweet. Customers love the sticky rice gelato, especially paired with mango sorbet, and have come back almost 10 times. The affogato is a literal trip to Rome in a single spoon, and the Affogato with Stracciatella is the best. Other favorites include medio jackfruit, mango, midnight chocolate, salted caramel, and ube cream bars. The ice cream is absolutely great quality, very smooth, and very delicious. The shop has a bright and welcoming atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff happy to offer samples. It is a great place to enjoy gelato after dinner or while walking around the area.
