Not really tasty

Impact Nutrition have great tasting shakes, great support if you're working on losing weight and getting healthy. They also support a wonderful drumming exercise class led by Angela. Thank you Chris and Angela for being so supportive and caring.

They sell Herbalife products and are a associated with multilevel marketing. I do not agree with their business practices and they label themselves as a club because legally they can’t be a food shop. Seems weird. If you’re pregnant, be careful of the caffeine. I got several different answers about the content. Nothing here is fresh, all powders and add ins. Support a real small business, not a shop reselling Herbalife product as their own.

I was walking by the location & the owner Chris invited me in. He gave me THREE free items from his menu & he'll do the same for you. So you can try out their energizing tea & protein shales.Also, the space is beautiful & they rent out for events now. It's got the perfect modern look where your event colors would pop in there.

MUCH more than a “nutrition shop”. They specialize in healthy smoothies that are mostly geared towards weight loss/overall health. Truly healthy smoothies as they have all sorts of add ins for digestion, probiotics, aloe, etc.The owner is BEYOND sweet. Sat down and spoke with me for almost an hour about her shop, beliefs, nutrition, etc. They also hold classes here. Super excited to try one out!!!P.s try the protein coffee… amazing.

This place is absolutely amazing, everyone is so friendly. Just check it out and you will love it.

What an amazing community of passionate people and the healthy meal replacement shakes are out of this world - if you havnt tried Banana Caramel yet - you are honestly missing out on life (only partially kidding) I definitely recommend checking out their list of classes - there is something for all ages - i stop in whenever i am in town visiting my family - I just love the energy and hearing all the amazing body transformation stories - I could not recommend more -
