So far every time that I've come to this Jack in the Box in Folsom California. The customer service has been outstanding the food always fresh and with the amount of people that they have in the store they get things out in a very timely fashion and I really appreciate the staff so far I've ran into a couple of the members of Team including manager. But it's one member of the team that always stands out every single time that I come he's here on Saturdays and the team that's with him most definitely backs him up and together they get the job. he's running both drive-thru in front as well as assisting making the food when needed. I'm not sure if he's a manager or if he's just a regular employee but he's amazing his name which I hope I get the spelling right is JONTELL great energy Lively personality an extremely enthusiastic young man.
The packaging is fantastic and the presentation especially for food to be on the go is amazing thank you Jack in the Box team Folsom always a great experience

I recently visited Jack In The Box, and I was blown away by the outstanding service. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my experience seamless from start to finish. I tried the new breakfast burrito, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable, with upbeat music playing in the background. I order via the app in the lobby. The worker behind the counter called out my name and I went over and had a seat in the lobby. The burger and fries were not hot nor was the taco.
I've attempted to deduce why the food wasn't hot. I can't come up with the valid reason. This is the third time I've had Jack in the box in this area and that they're all the same.
It's just as easy to go over to the clown burger place and actually get hot food for about the same price or less.

It was obvious fries were left out for a while-they were cold. My burger was so little cooked that the cheese was not yet melted, I got the wrong burger that I didn't order, and paid more for the one I ordered, and it was cold by the time I drove less than three minutes to my house.

I swear to god this has gotta be the funniest thing ever. So me and my parents pulled up to Jack in the box to get a bigger order and this man at the cash register decided to be terrible and extremely rude. This was at 10 pm on Thursday the 17th of October. So we got our order and we asked for extra ranch so we asked and he said he couldn’t give it to us. So we were like okay can we pay for them, and he said that we couldn’t. We were all genuinely confused that was insane. He’s gotta be the rudest person I’ve ever met. My poor mom was like so flabbergasted because she usually loves this location but yea no. (To sum it up he was rude, wouldn’t let us pay for ranch in anything but quarters, (what?!)

This place is a JOKE when it comes to customer service ? Mr SO CALLED TEAM LEAD YAHIR is more worried about his break than the 1 and only customer in the building. He couldn't care less about customer service. Leaving his team behind while they are already short-staffed. For an order of tacos and medium curly fries to wait 25min you would think I'm at a 5-star restaurant.

Their drive-through leaves a lot to be desired between notices of there being out of stock or broken pay system once you are already stuck in line or because of their non English-speaking order takers. Ask for anything not predefined on the menu and expect 5 minutes of confusion on their part.

Prices are different in the app. They charge more. Jack in the box will be going out of business because it is ridiculous how horrible their service is… someone logged into my app and purchased food they didn’t give me a refund after talking to support

Everytime I go there with my family there's usually only 1 person working running register cooking bc basically doing everything and that's why I think service is so bad and food not being fresh
