Don't bother with this location JITB has several tasty items, but this location apparently doesn't care about quality. Likely the worst one I've ever eaten at. I would advise they make food FRESH. Had to throw out my order.

Sarah the manager is positively exceptional! I have received stellar service from her and her team now consistently on multiple occasions! Today when I got the wrong sandwich she let me keep the other sandwich and gave me a new sandwich and I told her I would give the old sandwich to a homeless person cuz I'd already touched it. She really seems to understand that the customer is her highest report and really delivers an amazing service experience! Way to go Sarah you really get what customer service is all about!

Food is hit or miss. Either the loaded tacos are perfect or they put to much lettuce. or either sandwich’s are good or they don’t put like any sauce on them. Staff seems miserable about 80% of the time. I just go there on lunch because it’s close to work and I need something quick but it’s definitely not my first choice.

Good location. Good food, but they miss on menu items sometimes. For example, we got 2 Sourdough Jack's. The bread is supposed to be toasty, but our sourdough was soft and untoasted. Total disappointment...

We go to this location pretty often as we live nearby. And it has been rough in the past with order accuracy or quality of the food. But lately, every time we have gone we have been helped by Jose. He has never missed an item in our order, always asks if we need sauces, and is incredible polite/professional. He needs a raise because he has redeemed my faith in Jack in the Box. Thank you Jose!
