I'm happy the value menu has barely increased in price. There seems to be a lot of price gouging but Jack in the Box really has some value items.Parking: Always plenty of free parking.

Why do you keep saying you take what's happening seriously? No you don't because by now something would have changed. The team members still very rude. They laugh at nothing and will ignore anyone who comes in. I said excuse me I just placed my order and they said ok be right with you, I just left they are on social media and talking to each other. They aren't doing any kind of job and don't where any uniforms such inappropriate behavior at work.

They never answer the phone!!! Why do they have a number if they don't answer? They need to be trained better on customer service! And they never give sauce out.
Never order delivery service from here. They never get it right. They forget items, not package the food properly that cause soggy food, give you fries instead of curly fries, etc.

I went in to the location at East bidwell & Blue Ravine in Folsom, CA. on 10/15/23 around 1pm and was absolutely disgusted by what I saw. Employees not wearing gloves when handling currency and then handling food without washing their hands, employees wiping their hands on their clothes before handling food, employees handling uncooked food with ungloved hands, employees setting uncooked food on dirty counters while preparing to cook it. I had purchased 6 tacos that came to just under 6 dollars but I was so repulsed after seeing what I saw I walked out without my food or a refund.

JitB is my go to go to drive thru place. Better food than McD’s and better choices. So 3 stars as a drive thru with good choices and fast service because McDonald’s is basically 2 stars as the lower standard choice.
