Just ordered a sandwich online and came to pick it up, it said it was ready The guy that rang me up didn’t even care to check, went right back to packing his dumb little sides If I didn’t ask another employee for help, I would have wasted my whole lunch there (the other employee was nice) There weren’t even any customers besides me, should be more attentive If I ordered it ahead of time, waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich that’s prepared and is on the counter sitting and waiting for the employee to give it to me defeats the purpose of ordering ahead

My order was wrong the night before, so I called the next day to get it fixed. It took three calls before Kayla the manager, finally took my call and said it would be ready at 5. I showed up at 5:30 and no one even knew about my order. Kayla came out and was rude instead of helpful. Very disappointing customer service.

Location: My experience with Mendocino Farms has been the midtown location and one of the places that we always see to get sandwiches to go. Great to see one not that far from Palladio and just off the freeway into the foothills. Lots of parking around the area and just off Bidwell.
Service: Staff was friendly and attentive. They have QR codes at the tables so that the servers know where to bring your food.
Vibe: Nice clean location with lots of seating inside and outside of the location. Bright colors and airy.
Food: I decided to go a little adventurous with my food this time and tried out the Veggie Banh Mi. I've been trying to go with something that sounded more healthy. The sandwich was surprisingly good. Nice toasted bun and the Tofu was well prepared. The pickled veggies tasted great. Overall a great sandwich!
Defintely worth a stop if you are looking for fresh sandwiches and salads!

Super tasty sandwiches. The vibe is great. Can be quite loud at times but the food is always good. Great to go options for picnicking. My favorite to go resturant for food to take on a trip. They have coloring books and crayons for kids to draw while you’re waiting for food. The facilities are really clean and the restroom doesn’t stink.

The service was great and the atmosphere was pleasant the food wasn't my favorite but I think I just ordered something I didn't like I'll have to go see if there is something I like more but it seems like a me problem the food did taste good.
For a $16 salad I should not have this issue with avocados. Please… train your people better as to not serve something they probably wouldn’t eat. This is unacceptable especially at this price. I saw someone else had the same issue so… step it up guys!

Staff is very friendly. Food is delicious and came quick. Had the refreshing Thai mango salad (has nuts) with chicken and the steak and bacon sandwich. The grilled peppers in the sandwich was delicious 😋 They have outdoor sitting with umbrellas. Dogs welcome. Clean spacious family room. You can maneuver your stroller in the family room. Ample free surface parking area; although it's gets busy and full on weekends due to the In 'n Out restaurant across the way. Will come back to try the other items on the menu.
