If there is a lower star than 1, I would have given 0. Called to order Pho rare beef, brisket, and meet ball, size large. Came to pickup and paid money, but the guy looked not friendly & welcoming at all. He even charged extra fee for Togo box. Came home and opened the box and felt super surprised at how little the topping and the soup broth and everything. It’s not even size large, it’s even smaller than a small size. Just felt super disappointed and would never come back.

Needed a quick lunch, got a pork banh mi and the Vietnamese chicken salad, both great. The sandwich had the regular veggies, crunchy and fresh, as well as lots of pork. The salad was about half onion (yet somehow not too oniony), half cabbage along with some fresh spices and a baggie of puffs, very fresh and good. I was happy to have the liquid at the bottom of the salad to dip my sandwich in because the bread was a lil hard.They said it would take 15 minutes but it was ready for me when I got there 10 minutes later. Friendly service. Place was nice inside but empty when I was there around 11:15.Fyi - the name on caller ID is different from the store name. And, like every other place, the pics of the menu online are way out of date.
A contractor recommended this restaurant to me and for the life of me I do not know why. The pho broth was the most bland I have ever had. I’ve had pho in San Jose and San Francisco so have experienced authentic pho before. Also, their website prices are at least a couple of dollars less than the menu prices in the restaurant. I think this is very dishonest on top of not having a good broth leaves me to not recommend this place. Pho ABC and Huong Lan Sandwich are similar in price and maybe less with 10 ten times better pho. The serving staff was very friendly though.

I asked three times on my call in order for Sriracha and chili oil and they didn’t put any. I was so over it. I just left. Not to mention they charge double than any other phone place I’ve ever been to. Better off going somewhere else.

The food was amazing. My kids loved the pho. #14 was delicious. The staff was very kind. We were served quickly. We’ll definitely be back again.

Vietnamese food is well-flavored, but their food was exceptionally seasoned, resulting in a mouthwatering taste. The service was personable and the food was cooked to perfection befpre being served. The eating area is nicely appointed and the restroom was very clean. We enjoyed chicken with mixed vegetables and the quality nd quantity was such tat we took half of it home for a second go around!

The broth was okay on both of the pho dishes that I ordered. The broth on the special pho was a little too sweet for my taste. Meanwhile, the lemongrass flavor didn’t really come through with the beef lemongrass pho. Both broths were unfortunately lacking flavor. Also kinda disappointed that the egg rolls didn’t come with the traditional dipping sauce, they served the dish with sweet chili instead. The banh mi was okay, I think it can be improved by adding more of the pickled vegetables since there were very little in the sandwich. Was very stoked to try this spot because of all the other great reviews but pretty disappointed overall. Willing to give it another try and hopefully it’ll be better next time.
