This place is absolutely good! Food is awesome and staff is nice! I think it’s a family owned restaurant which is even better!!! I recommend here 100%

This ramen was shockingly good. I thought having vegetable based broths, the ramen would not have as great a depth as traditional Pork based broths, but I was wrong. The broth was absolutely delicious and the noodles were perfect. The only thing I didn’t love was the price. But I suppose that is why the quality is so good.

Literally the best Ramen place I’ve been to. It’s so good so flavorful everyone that works there is very sweet, Very polite. Very clean in there. I %100 recommend coming here. I come here all the time on a regular. The Spicy quartz is just amazing

The meat was so thin, it vanished like everything I once cared about. The silence from the staff? Almost poetic. Just like the Uchiha clan, gone without a word

This is DEFINITELY one of the best ramen spots in Folsom—not ridiculously overpriced, and actually good, high quality ramen and broth; it leaves you full but not grossly overstuffed.

I *wanted* to take a picture of the ramen for the review, but got distracted and dug in… and couldn’t stop. My friend agrees. It’s too good.

Like the only vegan ramen to order online, super good! Just prepare to have very little or no sauce with anything you order and nothing labeled.. lol

Rakkan was a hidden gem. Service was great. Ramen was delicious. Let’s face it - it’s all about the flavor of the broth and being served hot. Unfortunately, it’s in a strip mall so ambience can only go so far. I would recommend the food and will be back.

Great broth and service

Ramen is popular and comforting during rainy and cold season. I personally feel it offers warmth flavor and comfort chill in rainy/windy day like today. I was happy to devour my ramen broth. It’s a coincidence, the rain/windy conceded right around my cravings.

I ordered spicy chicken ramen and they had chicken broth. Win! Win! I was happy with the given option. Kids ramen were $6 but with side of Chicken + fries it was $9. Great value.

Service - it was okay.

Parking- another great win, no parking fee. Free parking lot with lots of space.

Small restaurant but very good food. Shared a few plates with my wife, all of which I would recommend: Pork Bun, Chicken Kaarage, and Furikake Fries.

Was looking for Furikake Fries after visiting Hawaii last week - only recommendation would be to have a savory sauce other than ketchup.

Japanese Yuzu Drop was also very good.

I get vegan spicy garnet. It’s really good. Also the crispy gyoza as well as the vegan buns, which are really good. Sweet people who run it, a definite stop in or order for delivery.

Loved the spicy garnet and spicy quartz vegan.
