This ramen was shockingly good. I thought having vegetable based broths, the ramen would not have as great a depth as traditional Pork based broths, but I was wrong. The broth was absolutely delicious and the noodles were perfect. The only thing I didn’t love was the price. But I suppose that is why the quality is so good.

Literally the best Ramen place I’ve been to. It’s so good so flavorful everyone that works there is very sweet, Very polite. Very clean in there. I %100 recommend coming here. I come here all the time on a regular. The Spicy quartz is just amazing

This is DEFINITELY one of the best ramen spots in Folsom—not ridiculously overpriced, and actually good, high quality ramen and broth; it leaves you full but not grossly overstuffed.

I *wanted* to take a picture of the ramen for the review, but got distracted and dug in… and couldn’t stop. My friend agrees. It’s too good.

We both got the GARNET ramen— delicious base and so yummy
