I have been eating at Rice Express for 30+ years! The sesame seed chicken is our absolute favorite. They are so kind, caring, and make sure to get your order correct every time! They even offer military discount which is so hard to find these days! Best Chinese food with sooo many options to choose from! This place is the best Chinese restaurant in this area. We had moved here from the bay and couldn’t find anything comparable till we stumbled upon this gem. The owners and staff are so friendly and the food is amazingly fresh and tasty. So glad we tried them out. It’s our go to now
