The quesabirria tacos we added just to try in addition to our burritos were SO good. So good! The burritos (one regular carne asada, one super shredded chicken) were fantastic.Slight mix up with the chicken burrito labeled as beef but we figured it out. We will definitely be back.

We ordered posole and queso birria tacos and they both lacked FLAVOR. We came because of the high reviews and were pretty disappointed. If you come from a mexican background this place is not good, most likely you had better. If you dont eat mexican food often you might like it because you dont know any better. The horchata was powdered as well. Wont be back

Beware! This place says they have a vegetarian burrito so one would think they could veganize it. However the beans and rice are NOT vegan. Lard and chicken broth are used! Got into a whole heated conversation with one employee. He thought I was punking him when I asked how is chicken broth even vegetarian?!!!! Pissed I ate here 2/3 times before figuring this out!!

I usually get the Vegan "Silke" but sometimes I order the veggie tacos or a burrito without dairy. The salsa bar has a really good selection, I love the pickled vegetables.

PROS: interior is modern and cleanStaff is very friendly and attentiveFood is fire even if my picture isn’t that good.CONS: prices online aren’t accurate. Everything is like $2 more. Thanks Joe. Be aware.Horchata is gritty and sandy. It reminds me of the protein shakes they gave me when I was hospitalized.I lost my keys there. Not their fault. I’m not sure if I lost them or if it’s some sort of memory hole caused by my treatments I’ve received. Either way, if you find a black key to a Porsche; it is mine.

For Folsom? SMACK!! That Al Pastor plate weigh about 10 pounds! The burritos are why I come here but the tacos also stacked and fire. Normally I’d steer clear of a place called “Salsa Taqueria” but their salsa bar is also on point, worthy of the namesake. The pickled potatoes I’ve never had before, MAN! Smack!!Only disappointing thing so far was the churros, they are NOT GOOD (??), but I’m telling you everything else goes crazy. Definitely worth a try if you looking for that quintessential Cali Burrito.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

I've been to many mexican retaraunts and this is by far one of the worst mexican food my wife and I have ever eaten. The service was ok but the food was too bland and unappealing. No seasoning or salt for the fajitas. The meat on the burrito was just too sour. Not even worth paying half the price. Do yourself a favor by not coming here.

I have been ordering the Super burrito for a few years. Everytime I ordered it before, they conveniently forgot the guac and sour cream. I thought maybe it was because they were busy or forgot. It had been many months since I ordered and guess what, prices went way up and still no quac or sour cream in the super burrito. Now I think they just purposely don't put it in to save $. I think I'm finally done with Salsa's

Very fresh and presented nicely. Salsa is not too hot. Lots of flavor, I ordered the chicken fajitas very flavorful a lot for your money. Also had carne asada on fries with cheese. Tasty. Will eat here again.Support the small business owners ✔️??
