For Folsom? SMACK!! That Al Pastor plate weigh about 10 pounds! The burritos are why I come here but the tacos also stacked and fire. Normally I’d steer clear of a place called “Salsa Taqueria” but their salsa bar is also on point, worthy of the namesake. The pickled potatoes I’ve never had before, MAN! I usually get the Vegan "Silke" but sometimes I order the veggie tacos or a burrito without dairy. The salsa bar has a really good selection, I love the pickled vegetables.
