I go to Sourdough by my house and I've been to a few others and typically love there sandwiches but this location was not very good. I ordered a 6" pastrami and turkey and got back to my office and i was charged for a 6" but only received a 4" sandwich and this thing is tiny! With prices soaring for fast food I would think the girl working would have made sure my order was correct since there was no other customers inside. Also I've never received a sandwich...
The Turkey sandwich, sourcream and onion chips, and the lemon cookie were good! The lemon cookie was alright, but the rest of the food was so good! Best sandwich I have eaten in my life!
I went in at about noon today (a Sunday). There were two people working, and they were experiencing difficulties with store technology. This caused delay in production, and some upset/badgering customers. The two individuals who were working remained patient and kind. I’m sure it must have been a very frustrating position for them, there was nothing they could have done to fix it.
To the owners- your staff could use some more support- especially on a Sunday...
