Where's the milk?
Seriously speaking, I ordered 2 lattes, and they do not put enough milk in their drinks. It feels like my venti is a grande and the tall is kid size.
It wasn't just a one drink mistake, it was how they created their hot drinks. I like the food, and cold drinks. But I got scammed on the hot drinks. I'll just make those from home and use my $5 drink to get a gallon of milk, while buying the delicious egg bites here.

There was a male worker there who continued to say my name wrong and i said its Blake then he just laughed like he were high. The food and drinks came out well but the customer service was well below average. Hopefully that doesn’t happen again, somewhat disappointed but hopeful for the future! Best of wishes!!!

So apparently if you get drive through you get priority. 4 team members making food and drinks for the window while 1 makes drinks for the counter. No communication just everyone with their heads down. Had to get my money back after waiting 17 minutes for a frappe

good coffee (as expected), however one the website it was listed that the location closed at 9:00 but when I went at 7:30 they where closed. so just don't at night I guess.
