Seriously speaking, I ordered 2 lattes, and they do not put enough milk in their drinks. It feels like my venti is a grande and the tall is kid size.
It wasn't just a one drink mistake, it was how they created their hot drinks. I like the food, and cold drinks. But I got scammed on the hot drinks. I'll just make those from home and use my $5 drink to get a gallon of milk, while buying the delicious egg bites here.

There was a male worker there who continued to say my name wrong and i said its Blake then he just laughed like he were high. The food and drinks came out well but the customer service was well below average. Hopefully that doesn’t happen again, somewhat disappointed but hopeful for the future! Best of wishes!!!

So apparently if you get drive through you get priority. 4 team members making food and drinks for the window while 1 makes drinks for the counter. No communication just everyone with their heads down. Had to get my money back after waiting 17 minutes for a frappe

I think this is my new favorite location to go to! I don't know who the girl was who took my order but she was so sweet and so nice and didn't make me feel rushed. Kyle at the window was also super amazing and super nice and just seemed really genuine and had a good eye for detail! It was a great way to start off my first peppermint mocha this season ?

My husband went in today to get his usual and the lady at the register was too busy talking to another customer or someone who worked there that she completely botched his order. She was rude, gave him the wrong drink size, drink order and he had to pay for his extra shot that he didn’t get. Unfortunately, because he was rushing through for work he couldn’t complain to management. This is ridiculous though. When you’re working just do your job. Socialize with friends on your break or after work.
