We did drive-thru, they were efficient, and the order was ready as soon as we drove up to the window. The wait wasn't too long this time, only 1 car ahead of us. But I've been there when there has been a long wait.

The baristas were super nice and sweet! However, the bathrooms could if got some tlc. No toilet paper and something suspicious was on the handle. My friend said the other bathroom had pee all over too

Coffee is usually good, but they do not pay attention to orders, and by the time I've already left, my orders (twice now) are not correct. I'll go because it's Starbucks, but maybe not this one anymore.

Worse customer service ever. They cashiers here hate their jobs and all customers, and their faces show it the instant you walk in. I normally try to avoid this place as in the past they all had similar attitudes. I figured it was probably just my imagination and each time I visit they happened to be in a bad mood. Today I decided to give them a try as they are closer to me and I didn't feel like driving to the nicer one. The guy that took my order today was extremely rude and snarky. He greets you with a scowl on his face and talks to you in a sarcastic manner. Doesn't even say thank you after the transaction and immediately shouts, "YOU'RE WELCOME" to me as if I was suppose to be so thankful of his rude customer service. In addition top that, they made my order incorrectly. Do yourself a favor and dont come to those location unless you like interacting with rude people

Holiday drinks are here and were delicious. Enjoy lattes and ice drinks with coconut milk or water. Preparer was very friendly and perfectly made drinks to order.

Worst experience every time I go to this location staff is extremely rude. I've tried to give this location a chance so many times. The blonde female that worked the window today at 12 needs a reality check. It's not nice to be so terrible to anyone. She treated us terribly through drive through. she forgot one of our items so I went inside with a good attitude about it not a big deal. She then continued to be rude never apologized made it seem as if I was the issue for even walking in for the item I ordered. I work in healthcare and always treat anyone and everyone with respect. I understand customer service can be hard but come on. She needs a reality check. It's so unlike me but I called her out for being rude. I'm sick of disrespectful people. I'm sure you can get someone that actually cares about working for income.

Would you like sexism or cream with your coffee?I was overcharged and when I mentioned the mistake, I was asked to pay again and they'd void the earlier charge. This didn't make sense as why would I pay again, they should void the original charge first. When I questioned them (I was frustrated), they said "Miss, Calm Down" in a patronizing way (it was two men doing this, by the way). They said they felt I was "aggressive," and I told them I had not raised my voice, name-called, used profanity or anything of the sort. Classic case of men turning things back around on women. Their behavior was invalidating, unhelpful and totally SEXIST. I will go elsewhere.

The kids working there seemed annoyed and had attitude. I ordered a Frappuccino and they forgot to give me a straw, when I asked for it, the girl just rolled her eyes took her sweet time and then, she gave the straw. I have to emphasize that I asked for it nicely.

Wow, never had an experience like that in my life. I went to the bathroom BEFORE they were closed and the second it hit 7:30 the barista with blackish hair and facial hair started banging on the door demanding we leave. I yelled to please give us a minute as my twin was still on the toilet peeing, he then said he was going to call the cops for trespassing. We were going as fast as we could and he wouldn’t stop screaming. This man child needs to be fired because Starbucks should not represent and employee horrible people like this. Starbucks is supposed to make your day, not ruin it. Rudest employee I have ever met. I HOPE A MANAGER OR HIGHER UP SEES THIS!!!!

Horrible experience. Employee man with longish black hair and beard was absolutely HORRIBLE and DISRESPECTFUL to us. I tried to use the bathroom and mid-use He started knocking on the door saying I was trespassing and that he was going to call the police on me. I have been a frequent customer of this starbucks and will NO LONGER be going to this location.

Went in with a mixed family of 10 adults and children.The server (Misha) was kind enough to be patient with our very chaotic order giving. And our order was delivered swiftly and was of good quality.Unfortunately, despite categorically asking for the smallest size for some of our drinks, we were sold large sizes (to quote "I agree that the smallest size being called TALL is a bit confusing").To me this is misleading and false marketing. For those who read this, the smallest size is "short". Ask for it categorically - and wait for them to refuse it.
