Everything about this taco bell is a total rip off and nothing is ever fresh tasting, customer service is as garbage as the food..and honestly I think they are overcharging folks...crap location, crap management and the food is never to standard...would not suggest you waste money here..

Two stars only for the window person being very chipper. However, I was charged a full combo at 1:36 today without the full combo being given. Crunchwrap was 90% lettuce, freeze had the mix-ins just tossed on top and was half melted after less than a minute since it was poured, and taco was nowhere to be found, though they managed to give me the sauce for it. No receipt given so I couldnt even go in to get that taco

I often go to Taco Bell after dropping off my kids and it's one in Roseville but I decided to head to Folsom. Travis H was kind and mannerly in the Drive Thru and the food was fast and hot! Thank you and I will be back!

Ordered a drink through DoorDash for pick up for my own rhyme and reasons and I’m standing there waiting for my drink and a tall guy clearly states “wow they could just picked this up at the gas station.” Which I replied “next time I will, thanks.” Terrible attitude, terrible service, definitely will not be coming back.

Vegetarian options: I love the online special veggie craving box which is just $5.99 and includes a very scrumptuous meal - one chalupa or crunchwrap, with a choice of a burrito and chips and cheese and a drink. That's my go-to option for kids. They have a good amount of vegetarian options and a button that shows all the vegetarian options. This is our to go place and we order at least once a week because of the number of vegetarian options and modifications We can do by swapping meat in a signature dish with black beans for no extra charge

It wasn’t even after hours, 8PM to be exact, and the food tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Cold, hard tortillas. Beef so dry it tasted like dog food. Immediately after eating the little food I could handle from this meal I had stomach pain and threw up less than 45 minutes after. This place is gonna end up getting people sick or worse. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to a different Taco Bell. Or In N Out.
