A friend recommended me try this new healthy bowl. They have big menu for healthy drinks with bowl. It has so many options. I was like what what should i get?????😯😯😯.

I went for custom tru bowl the large size $16 you can choose upto 5 bases and unlimited toppings.
I chose:

• Base: Acai, Coconut Chia Pudding, Tru Bluzik, Greek Yogurt, Ube

• Toppings: Fruits ‘s cut into small pieces for easy bite and well placed on bowl for good presentation. I got all berries mix, dragon fruits, papaya, kiwi, cacao nips, almond sauce, coconut flakes, dried goji berries, a little of cranberries, flax and hemp seeds and light honey on it.

Honestly i was ready for the sweet. But surprisingly, it was perfect!!!! It’s super healthy. All base itself is not sweet at all. So you just get the sweet from fruits with honey sauce. I skip all granola as I know all granola always has high calories and ton of sugar in it.

If you look to the price. Yes, you can say it’s expensive compared to a cone/cup of ice cream of Poke bowl. But it’s real healthy food and you are completely full with the large bowl. Everything tastes so so good and i felt very good after having it instead of consuming any other bowl with too much sugar.

Service is awesome! Friendly customer service. They are helpful and patient with my first time order.

Nice clean store. Comfortable pleasant atmosphere with cool wall paintings. Highly recommended if you are looking for sweet but not just sugar. Noticed that they also have points loyalty programs so definitely i become their frequent customer from now on!

Tru-Bowl in Folsom is awesome! I’ve been slowly working my way through the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet—everything’s fresh, tasty, and made with care. I also picked up their Immunity Sea Moss, and it’s been a game changer—great for staying healthy or when you feel a cold coming on. Definitely worth checking out if you're into clean eating and wellness or want something different from ice cream or frozen yogurt!

10/10 recommend. Tru bowls is absolutely amazing. 1st let me say the customer service is great extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I absolutely love how fresh the fruit is and how many options you have. This is by far my favorite açaí place and I’m glad they are in town now. Keep up the good work.

First time seeing this place. It is pretty expensive to me at least but it was delicious and I am stuffed. Hats off to the lady w/ sim tastes working the cash register. Shebhelped me create my own drink and pick which bowl to try. She was right on the money! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐🤌🏻

That was the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. Their homemade peanutbutter is to DIE for!!!!! They cut every piece of fruit just small enough to enjoy in every bite, they added the perfect proportions of each topping, and their granolas were truly delicious. Amazing!!

This place is AMAZING!!
Everything is so fresh and made in front of you, the staff is so friendly and the presentation of the bowls is so good. People have asked me where I got it when walking back to my car because they look just as good as they taste!
The space is clean with a beautiful mural, tons of options for food/drinks, and they even have sea moss!
The owners are the sweetest people as well. I'm here at least once a week because it's just that good!

Another review with Rudy’s Eats in the beautiful Folsom, California. I stopped by today and I love everything about the superfood bar. It was clean and you can tell they recently opened up the store. They have many different options to choose from such as smoothies and even delicious bowls were you can add all of your favorite toppings. I got a medium bowl with 4 different layers. I got the Açaí, Papaya, Tru Mango, and the Blue magic. I added granola on top with hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, and an assortment of fresh delicious fruits. The blue magic was my favorite flavor and everything tasted super healthy and I felt very good after eating my bowl. I highly recommend trying them out and I’m sure you will find something you love from here. The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. Definitely one of my new favorite places! Keep up the great work you guys are providing. I think you guys have the right idea for providing healthier alternatives and you have my support.

I found out about Tru Bowl from a family member who saw food from via social media. We decided to try it out in Folsom, for a family member’s birthday. So happy we went! We custom ordered several healthy bowls. I purchased the Buttah Lova bowl with a custom layer of blue magic. The other bowl was coconut dream with a custom layer of blue magic too.

The service from the owner, who is an AAPI woman and mother, did an awesome job of juggling everything while taking our order, with a smile and professionalism. She helped us with several suggestions and then custom made one of the bowls for us too. She’s incredible!

I really appreciate go getting entrepreneurs that know their business like her. I cannot wait to go back and support her, her family, and employees. I will certainly be buying another custom Buttah Lova bowl again, but in a larger size!
