Tru Bowl Superfood Bar

Another review with Rudy’s Eats in the beautiful Folsom, California. I stopped by today and I love everything about the superfood bar. It was clean and you can tell they recently opened up the store. They have many different options to choose from such as smoothies and even delicious bowls were you can add all of your favorite toppings. I got a medium bowl with 4 different layers. I got the Açaí, Papaya, Tru Mango, and the Blue magic. I added granola on top with hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, and an assortment of fresh delicious fruits. The blue magic was my favorite flavor and everything tasted super healthy and I felt very good after eating my bowl. I highly recommend trying them out and I’m sure you will find something you love from here. The staff were very friendly and had great customer service. Definitely one of my new favorite places! Keep up the great work you guys are providing. I think you guys have the right idea for providing healthier alternatives and you have my support.

I found out about Tru Bowl from a family member who saw food from via social media. We decided to try it out in Folsom, for a family member’s birthday. So happy we went! We custom ordered several healthy bowls. I purchased the Buttah Lova bowl with a custom layer of blue magic. The other bowl was coconut dream with a custom layer of blue magic too.

The service from the owner, who is an AAPI woman and mother, did an awesome job of juggling everything while taking our order, with a smile and professionalism. She helped us with several suggestions and then custom made one of the bowls for us too. She’s incredible!

I really appreciate go getting entrepreneurs that know their business like her. I cannot wait to go back and support her, her family, and employees. I will certainly be buying another custom Buttah Lova bowl again, but in a larger size!

I have gone do dozens of acai places and this has by far been the best acai bowl I have ever had in my life. The owner was working and he was so kind, and the variety of bases and toppings is unmatched. For the portion and amount of toppings I have never seen a price this good. I usually find that the bases taste like nothing or very bland, but these bases were all amazing!! 100% recommend!

Delicious build-your-own acai bowls with lots of options for bases and toppings. The BYO nature is a game-changer, and I am so glad Folsom finally has a place that offers that. Definitely going to be a regular spot for me!

It’s our 2nd time going to True Bowl. The first time we went, our protein drinks took a while to make, but I completely I understand since they just opened and the staff who made it was apologetic for the wait and gave us $2 off coupon for next time.
After 2 wks, we came back but I forgot to bring the coupon and I mentioned it to the owner and she went ahead and applied it even if I didn’t have it.
They have friendly staff and the place is clean too.
I got the OG protein drink and it was really good. The Acai bowl was filling too!

So excited there’s finally açaí bowls in Folsom!! They have an extensive menu and you can even build your own. It’s a great place to pick up a sweet but healthy snack. My fiances not much of a fruit person but loved their coconut. They have some great protein forward options too that I’ll have to check out next time.

Are you kidding me!!! 🤯 This place was so good I wanted to cry lol I’m the last person to eat healthy and I swear I could live off these bowls. Even my 5 year old son wanted more togo, and he’s normal very picky. Great customer Service too! We’ll be back

The bowls are super delicious! The owners are very kind and welcoming and allow you to sample flavors before creating a bowl. It’s a fun and wholesome new food option at the Palladio, go and check it out. You won’t be disappointed!
