Tru Bowl Superfood Bar

I used to go to TruBowl in Newport beach and then I moved! A few months later this location opened up in the Palladio and I was sooo excited. Same familiar choices as the location in Newport and just as good as I remember. However, every time I've been to this location- the service is soooo slow. I hope they can figure out their process so that things move a little faster. Took about 15 minutes for my custom acai bowl and my husband and I were the only ones who had ordered at that time.

I got a bit annoyed during my last visit at Tru Bowl. I placed an order and turns out I wasn’t able to pick it up, and when I explained the situation and asked if I could have it made some other time, the girl I was talking to hit me with a “So you can’t wait five minutes?” Clearly, the company does not equip their employees to diffuse situations like this. I don’t plan on going back.

Tru Bowl in Folsom is a gem! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully made. Lots of great drinks, I’m really enjoying the Popeye right now. The açaí bowls are delicious and energizing— Thanks!

A friend recommended me try this new healthy bowl. They have big menu for healthy drinks with bowl. It has so many options. I was like what what should i get?????😯😯😯.

I went for custom tru bowl the large size $16 you can choose upto 5 bases and unlimited toppings.
I chose:

• Base: Acai, Coconut Chia Pudding, Tru Bluzik, Greek Yogurt, Ube

• Toppings: Fruits ‘s cut into small pieces for easy bite and well placed on bowl for good presentation. I got all berries mix, dragon fruits, papaya, kiwi, cacao nips, almond sauce, coconut flakes, dried goji berries, a little of cranberries, flax and hemp seeds and light honey on it.

Honestly i was ready for the sweet. But surprisingly, it was perfect!!!! It’s super healthy. All base itself is not sweet at all. So you just get the sweet from fruits with honey sauce. I skip all granola as I know all granola always has high calories and ton of sugar in it.

If you look to the price. Yes, you can say it’s expensive compared to a cone/cup of ice cream of Poke bowl. But it’s real healthy food and you are completely full with the large bowl. Everything tastes so so good and i felt very good after having it instead of consuming any other bowl with too much sugar.

Service is awesome! Friendly customer service. They are helpful and patient with my first time order.

Nice clean store. Comfortable pleasant atmosphere with cool wall paintings. Highly recommended if you are looking for sweet but not just sugar. Noticed that they also have points loyalty programs so definitely i become their frequent customer from now on!

Tru-Bowl in Folsom is awesome! I’ve been slowly working my way through the menu and haven’t been disappointed yet—everything’s fresh, tasty, and made with care. I also picked up their Immunity Sea Moss, and it’s been a game changer—great for staying healthy or when you feel a cold coming on. Definitely worth checking out if you're into clean eating and wellness or want something different from ice cream or frozen yogurt!

10/10 recommend. Tru bowls is absolutely amazing. 1st let me say the customer service is great extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I absolutely love how fresh the fruit is and how many options you have. This is by far my favorite açaí place and I’m glad they are in town now. Keep up the good work.

First time seeing this place. It is pretty expensive to me at least but it was delicious and I am stuffed. Hats off to the lady w/ sim tastes working the cash register. Shebhelped me create my own drink and pick which bowl to try. She was right on the money! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐🤌🏻

That was the best açaí bowl I’ve ever had. Their homemade peanutbutter is to DIE for!!!!! They cut every piece of fruit just small enough to enjoy in every bite, they added the perfect proportions of each topping, and their granolas were truly delicious. Amazing!!
