I live in folsom ca and ordered a classic burger with onion rings and wayback gold sauce and shake. I did not get my sauce. The shake was melted badly and my partner who also ordered hot nothing on his burger with mayo and tomato and fries and vanilla shake. My pin number you supplied would not go thru and I am pissed.

Another great meal at the Folsom Wayback Burger. My guy Tyler and his cook did an excellent job. Where else can you get a hand formed cheeseburger with mushrooms? And my meal was less than $15 before tip. That’s a super low price for the highest quality food. My “O-Fries” were super hot and delicious. This place is consistent – always a winner!

I ordered a hamburger and tatertots. The hamburger was flavourful, and the tots were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I would have given a 5 star rating if not for having to pay extra for sauce. I felt the price of the meal should have included whatever sauce requested. I do recommend you try this place.

Ordered a Cheeseburger 🍔. Pretty simple, with an extra patty on the side, for my Chihuahua. Nope! Wrong order for me, my Chihuahua got his paddy, I got grilled cheese with a beef patty on sourdough 😢 When I asked them to change it, make it right, they got angry n didn't believe me!! 🤣😂🤣😂 Finally I got my cheeseburger after an hour of arguing...make your own or go somewhere else! They're crazy!!

We visited this place for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. There were a handful of people in there but not overly crowded. We placed our order at a kiosk without any problems. We waited about 10 mins for our food. Everything was correct and tasted great. Chicken tenders were crispy but not dry. Chicken BLT was so flavorful. Fries were hot. The onion rings needed to be cooked a little longer in my opinion but still good. Overall a good lunch for a decent price

We had the buffalo chicken burger: very tender meat and lots of sauce which I like; double bacon burger: juicy; strawberry shake, and cheese fries
I asked the attendant to make extra crispy and he totally obliged;
If your the owner you better check your employee's they are gonna put you outta business. Just rude not welcoming just off putting I drove over to the Habit better customer experience

My first time experience was very bad. I signed up for the app and was rewarded for a free classic burger and when I purchased a burger meal that was $10+ and for dine in redemption they couldn't apply the free burger to my purchase. When I ate my burger meal the onion rings in it tasted funny, possibly went bad and left an ammonia after taste in my mouth. After I made a second $10+ burger purchase thinking I could redeem it on a different transaction I was still denied the free burger redemption. Waste of money, time, customer service and I'm never eating here again.

The food was delicious although the redemption to redeem the free burger requires a $10 purchase which is fine but when you go to redeem it when the purchase they won't let you redeem it and say your next visit will let you finally redeem it but when you try it again to finally redeem it again they said it's having app issues sorry you can't redeem it regardless if you purchase $10 like it requires which is dumb and the onion rings in general taste bad like pneumonia aftertaste so yeah?

My husband and I normally love this place. We usually get take out. Today we came in and were the only people in the place (great right?) no! These two young guys working proceeded to goof off the whole time they made our food. Super slow, then half of it was cold. The Bourbon burger my hubby got had no sauce on it, so we asked the cook if he could have a side of the sauce because the burger was so dry. At this point there was a line and the kid says he has to get in the line and pay a dollar. We explained that no sauce was on the burger. He argued with us about it so I showed him the bun. He still insisted it was on there. It was so embarrassing and rude of this kid. He got crazy snarky with us and I sincerely felt like he just wanted to be a rude to us for no reason. We are super kind out in public and expect the same from others. Hope that management considers addressing customer service issues with their employees. Way to ruin our afternoon out.
