Bright and welcoming

The name says it all!
This is an international kind of offering!
Beautiful vibe, wonderful atmosphere, amazing coffee.
The place seats like a king at Folsom Fair shopping center on East Bidwell.
Seating options varying from normal chairs, to stalls, couches , counter and outside seating area that is orovided with heaters to accomodate cold weather.
Its at the corner of Glenn Drive and East Bidwell going east.
Restrooms, amazing staff, ample parking and wheelchair friendly.
The prices are moderate to high, but it's a value for money considering the location and the upscale environment and setting!

I’ve bought coffee at this location several times, but this time… we were greeted by a dirty table covered in crumbs, while the staff were just having a good time. One of the employees made the coffee and served it terribly! One cup wasn’t filled properly and spilled, and the other was completely overflowing down the sides. He clearly did it on purpose. It’s disappointing that such people work in such a nice coffee chain.

Mid-tier coffee shop. The beans are not complex and quite a bit over roasted- similar or worse than a Starbucks. The food, however is very good. Overall the service and atmosphere is a bit contrived and awkward.

Always stop by for a coffee or their cute desserts! Liliana made me a cold brew today with vanilla cold foam and it is perfect!

Jasmine and Elvira helped serve my friends and I, and they were absolutely amazing. Really fast service, and extremely friendly. Will be returning :)

Kind people great vibes. But if you’re a matcha lover i do not suggest coming here.

I am very disappointed in the Folsom location’s customer service. I buy 3 bags of coffee every few weeks, and call before I go to the store every single time to confirm they have the 3 bags of the blend I buy, and go to the store immediately each time. I called again today and they told me they had the coffee order I needed. I said I would be there to pick them up and gave my name. I drove there through pouring rain and arrived within the hour and was told that they sold what I had ordered to someone else. No effort to rectify the situation from the staff. Just a “somebody beat you to it.” Not a great way to treat a very loyal customer. I would hope that solutions would be provided when they sell your order to someone else, but no. No customer support at all. No offer to get my order from another store or anything. Very disappointing that the service isn’t nearly as good as the coffee.
