Do not recommend their bread. Grabbed banana nut and vegan spice -> stomach ache.

I’ve bought coffee at this location several times, but this time… we were greeted by a dirty table covered in crumbs, while the staff were just having a good time. One of the employees made the coffee and served it terribly! One cup wasn’t filled properly and spilled, and the other was completely overflowing down the sides. He clearly did it on purpose. It’s disappointing that such people work in such a nice coffee chain.

Mid-tier coffee shop. The beans are not complex and quite a bit over roasted- similar or worse than a Starbucks. The food, however is very good. Overall the service and atmosphere is a bit contrived and awkward.

I am very disappointed in the Folsom location’s customer service. I buy 3 bags of coffee every few weeks, and call before I go to the store every single time to confirm they have the 3 bags of the blend I buy, and go to the store immediately each time. I called again today and they told me they had the coffee order I needed. I said I would be there to pick them up and gave my name. I drove there through pouring rain and arrived within the hour and was told that they sold what I had ordered to someone else. No effort to rectify the situation from the staff. Just a “somebody beat you to it.” Not a great way to treat a very loyal customer. I would hope that solutions would be provided when they sell your order to someone else, but no. No customer support at all. No offer to get my order from another store or anything. Very disappointing that the service isn’t nearly as good as the coffee.

I'm sorry but for a coffee shop they move like molasses. First time I came here, I was standing waiting to be acknowledged & this girl was hiding awkwardly behind a display case. She didn't say hello or that she could help me at that specific register. I had to be the one to initiate everything. There's no option to order food online, just coffee, so if you're ordering, give yourself plenty of time or avoid this place if you're in a rush. I called in but was told to check online, but that still was no help. Good thing I can say about it is the mocha is great & I was surprised at the amount of food. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I come in occasionally and I appreciate how great the espresso tastes. I have been coming to this location since it opened and there has been a lot of turn over, good and bad. They unfortunately always have something out of stock when they go to take my order. The amount of new workers that don’t have the proper training can be slightly frustrating for customers as well as veterened workers. I’ve noticed a shift in the workers energy, in a negative way. A couple of girls look over worked. I can’t leave a review, like this, so the good points I see is that the food is always great, when Haven, Anthony, and Kristin make it. These people have amazing work ethic, make sure spaces are clean, always treat customers in a kind manner and go above/beyond to make sure customers have everything they need. They always try to connect with customers and even Haven leaves nice notes when she makes food! Thank you :)
