If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is the place. I've never had a bad meal here. I must admit that I haven't tried too many items on the menu, because the fish tacos are crazy good. It can get a bit noisey because the place is alway packed. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

Just not as good as the downtown location, felt like a chain restaurant vibe and food was ok.. felt like I was getting taco shop quality food for $100 for the two of us to eat.. scratching this one off our list

We had a great experience at Zocalo Folsom. We had only been to the location in Midtown, and that was years ago. I'm not sure why we don't dine here regularly. The fish tacos were the table's favorite. The pork shoulder was also a big hit. We tried the mole since it is Michelin recognized, but I don't really like mole, so I didn't love it. That said, I did appreciate the complexity of the sauce and anyone who likes mole should love this one. Service was excellent even though they were super busy. We were also surprised at the prices. Our bill was very reasonable comparatively to other sit-down dinner-time meals we've had lately. All in all, 5 stars!

Pleasant restaurant with good selection of adult beverages. Server was attentive, frequently checking on refills but not overbearing, as can be seen in other establishments.

Had a date night here and we were welcomed with smiles. Got seated right away and Briea was the absolute BEST. Food was alright but the customer service was absolutely outstanding so it made up. Atmosphere was very nice. We had a great experience here!

Inside restaurant is beautiful. Staff is nice. We did get their late because its so far from us we did not judge time to get there. If a place closes at 8 They should not start dumping food and tea before 8. Their cheese goat and cotija is super strong nasty smelling and worse tasting. My meal should have come with rice and beans but evidently they were out. Their chicken tacos were tasted but cheap store bought taco shells. chips were stale did not taste fresh. They dumped the tea so we could not get refills which was needed because their salsa was so hot! Will not go back.

We love Zocalo's and the Folsom location is one of our favorites. Service was excellent as was the food!

The food was truly terrible across the entire board. Our entire party was disappointed with the quality. However, the drinks were great and the atmosphere was nice. I would just temper your expectations with the food quality, especially for the cost.

Most overpriced food I've ever had. Went here with my wife and mom and not one of us liked it. Felt like the most gentrified mexican food there could possibly be.

Pretty good food, the waitress canceled our order when we said we didn’t like it at no extra charge, they did a birthday service thing which was pretty chill

I hosted my Holiday party here last weekend and it was fantastic. We had Tess & Carlos as servers and they were on top of everything. The service was wonderful. They did a great job handling such a large party with very little wait the whole night.
Highly recommend. Great job!
