I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. I placed an order and waited approximately 45 minutes, only to have it cancelled without any explanation or communication from the restaurant. A simple phone call, message, or update would have gone a long way. Having customers wait that long only to cancel their order without notice is unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was genuinely looking forward to trying the food, but this experience has completely changed my impression of the business. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be ordering from them again. I hope they improve their communication and customer service so future customers don't have the same experience.

I ordered this given that I enjoyed their food prior. However, I don’t know who in the right mind would put 32 ounces of boiling hot consume in a cardboard container. I had no issues with my driver that delivered the food. How would he known that they packed that in a flimsy container that when I opened my package, it burst it all over me burning severely the left side of the leg. Their stuff is not cheap, but apparently as a consumer we pay the price for what they feel that their food is worth however we get the product. Poorly packaged with I’m so glad that my kids didn’t get to this first, what would’ve happened to them??? I need some kind of response because this is complete negligence and I might end up having to go to the doctors to get this taken care of given that is burn was that bad.

Management is very unprofessional when it comes to handling issues. Don’t bother coming here , and if you do , make sure the girl with blonde hair doesn’t serve you , disrespectful for no reason and would get irritated when you asked questions . Bad attitude don’t waste your money coming here

This our go to spot for Birria. The meat was so juicy and tender. Always great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. Take out orders are fast and correct every single time! So good

We were out from Florida, visiting our son. We asked at a nearby LDS temple that we all visited, for a recommendation of good and authentic Mexican food.
After driving 30 minutes and passing several other Mexican restaurants we began to wonder if it would be worth the drive.
It was most definitely more than worth it. We came just before noon with a party of 5, were seated quickly and attended by an awesome and knowlegable young man, Victor. He was kind, gave us great advice on the menus options, food choices and even offered different combinations that weren't on the menu.
The food was served quickly and was hot and delicious! He even asked me about my job as a federal Spanish Court interpreter and thanked me for helping the community. I will definitely be back if ever in the area again.
