I think Baskin-Robbins is doing a great job in such a competitive market. To me it caters to kids still and I love it. The shop was clean and they didn't have a lot of other ice cream left over drom scooping from different tubs because I hate that. We got a small for $4.98

Azucena was really sweet. We've had her a few times. For some reason she was the only one on the floor. She has great customer service. Outta all the girls who've come to work there she is by far my daughter and my favorite employee. Thanks for being patient... I know I can be a Karen. But I care about businesses and customer service is what brings the money in.The one thing I don't like is that the machine doesn't let us tip. When I was at the Rialto store...

This is my favorite 31 flavors & we live apx 35 miles away. The employees have been super nice, friendly, & patient when I cannot make my mind up. Plus on Tuesdays it's family night & cones are a bit cheaper. They also give a decent sized scoop. Some we've been to barely provide servings not much bigger than a child's scoop. This store seems to be run like an old fashioned, fun & friendly ice cream store.Thx employees!
