“This the perfect little dive bar. Not crowded. The times that I’ve been have not been busy. Just a small crowd. You will notice the same people if you go 3 times or more so you know it’s a neighborhood bar that has some loyal customers. Kinda every one knows each other but not every customer is a regular. They have a pool table & darts. My favorite part so far about going there is when there’s a song on the jukebox & everyone knows the words & they’re all singing. Half the time it’s a song I’ve never heard so the song isn’t necessarily a typical “bar” song. And there are some good singers in the mix! I like that when everyone starts singing they’re not bothering anybody. You can’t really do that at Boston’s! Lastly, all the girls (bartenders) are totally sweet, know their stuff, provide great service & are in good happy moods & don’t make you feel like you’re bothering them. And I also have to credit the one gentleman that works there & is there every single night. When it’s close to closing he’s there washing glasses, sweeping floors, pouring the very last drink for someone, cleaning bar top, whatever needs to be done to help the girls close down. And if you still have a few gulps in your glass, he’s not one to rush out you out. He lets you finish it. Then get out! Im sorry that I don’t know what his position is but I’m certain he’s either manager or owner. For me, being a single lady going there alone (not lonely!), I feel very at ease, comfortable & safe. Even when I leave & go to my car. There’s always 4 or 5 of us walking out at the same time.
Excuse the long review but if you can’t tell I RECOMMEND hanging out at Cherp’s. I hardly go to bar bars but this one I like !!!“

“Been here before, brought students on this particular venture. Food was excellent, wait staff attentive (appreciated that we can be bilingual with them), and of course the entertainment was on point. In between the feature was a salsa quartet who played along to pistas, which are beefed-up karaoke tracks. That said, the caliber of musician was fantastic, and super-entertaining. Then we come to the star of the show and the reason for the visit: Mariachi Internacional. Forgetting for a moment they are one of the best mariachi ensembles in the Los Angeles area, their clean, powerful sound was just what we wanted to show our student as far as the balance between quality musicianship and humble humans who genuinely appreciate the audiences who patronize the restaurant. “Everything was amazing. Definitely reccomend papas bravas with carnitas. Sally was kind and attentive. And gave great reccomendations. We had the margarita sampler, all 3 delish, as well as the chile pepino (super yummy), and the guacamole also delish, (mix the salsa and guac on one chip for a tasty creamy, and spicy surprise). Finally we shared the steak fajitas and added shrimp. 10/10. Finished the night with churros con chocolate. A sweet and smooth ending to an already amazing experience. From the amboance, the vibes, aesthetic, kind staff, clean restaraunt, and killer food. I will definitely be adding this place to my roster of date night locations I get the pleasure of enjoying with my beautiful wife. We will defintely be back. ;)“

“We really enjoy coming here however, it can be a little bit slow to get service even if you're sitting at the bar. The drinks are good and the food is more of a hit than a miss. Mini rotates seasonally but as of right now and August I recommend the crab nachos.“

“Been coming here for the past year food has always been good when I had 10 to 15 people in my party they open up there party room for me more then 2 times and the owner and the son are very helpful and nice thats why I keep coming back for the food and will keep going back to eat good food“

“I booked the Agave Room for a surprise party and had the best experience! The event sales manager, Amber, had great recommendations for our event and was so helpful with any questions I had about the space, timeline and logistics, and anything else I could think of. On the day, we had amazing servers, Marissa and Erica, who also helped me with any questions I had while I was setting up. The bartenders, Bianca and John, were so friendly and professional and my family and friends had only good things to say about the food, drinks, and overall service! The event went by smoothly, everyone was having a good time, and I was able to focus on the things I had planned. The Agave Room is separated by curtains from the rest of the restaurant, but felt very private and we were able to have our own music and games without disturbing the rest of the place. I would absolutely recommend booking an event here as it's a beautiful space, the service is amazing, and everyone was so accommodating.“

“That's a great place if you wanna hang out and watch the games. was packed by 10:30am on a Sunday morning. My kids enjoyed all the sandwiches drinks whatever came through our table of 20. they're not a breakfast place thats for sure, not many choices. we had a pretty large group and most of our breakfast was cold. the waitress kicked butt, she was really good and very sweet. the guys helping deliver the food not happy looked overwhelmed.. “Okay, the tacos didn't travel well, primarily due to the shells getting too wet from each others' ingredients, but the fillings were just fine. Would happily eat them on-site, next time. Where this place gets its massive props from me? The ceviche (I had the spicy version), and the amazingly great clam chowder. I mean, I know that chowder is a popular item in Baja, but now I have no reason to travel and find out why. For all I know they opened a can of clam chowder and enhanced it with their own secret blend of herbs and spices, but who cares? It was fantastic.“

“came here for the first time last night because I just opened a tow yard close by and the place seemed to be poppin. was a awesome choice. pulled in and the lot had classic cars and low lows parked outside. that was the first sign that it was meant to be. ordered fish tacos and they were bomb! wife ordered flautas for the babies and they had cheese inside. apparently they were amazing also. the salsa bar.... every salsa was very good I had to have all of them. good vibes! was leaving and a guy was walking to patio with a burrito the size of a football no lie! will be a new spot for the family for sure!“

“I went to celebrate my parents birthday and had an amazing time. The restaurant was packed and a little chaotic but a lot of people were celebrating their graduation. My partner and I had the molcajete and it was flavorful and filling. My mom had the scallops and camarones a la Diabla and she enjoyed. My stepfather got the filet mignon bites and enjoyed as well. They brought out flans for the birthday couple and it overall a great time. We would definitely be back.“

“Went mid day on a Sunday and we were seated immediately, food came out almost immediately after ordering it. Our server Tiffany was so sweet and informative, loved her customer service. We got the spicy edamame, 6 piece beef gyozas, a FrankenStein roll, a hotlanta roll, 2 waters, 1 iced tea, and a michelada for about $87. Everything was absolutely delicious and every person that worked there was super sweet and checked up on us. Will be back, for sure“
