UPDATE: Came back to this same del taco on 8/9 around 3:35am and had to deal with the same lady and she did the exact same thing to me as the last time, even though I made CERTAIN she'd have no reason to question whether I confirmed the order or not. I literally turned the phone to her face as I confirmed the orders (this time I had two) and she still managed to find a way to give me a hard time about it. She clearly doesn't understand how the apps work and yet she will sit there and argue with you about how they work. And she claimed I snatched the order out of her hand and this time I did not. I dreaded going to this del taco knowing she would be there and would potentially make waves again. I went there with the intent of not having a repeat of what happened last time but clearly with this woman it's just unavoidable because she's just looking for a reason to make something as simple as picking up a delivery order an issue.
PREVIOUS: Came here to pick up an order on Monday 7/21 at 4:30am and the woman working the drive thru was being completely discriminatinatory towards me after I did everything she told me to do. She told me to show her the customer's name...I did that. She told me to confirm the order, I did that too and she proceeded to go back and forth with me acting like she didn't see me confirm the order. Racism behavior and treating me as if I had some ill intent. I've never been so disrespected in my life. I pickup and deliver orders from this del taco all the time and I've never had to deal with some racist drive thru attendant on a power trip until now. I'm completely disgusted by the behavior. I snatched the order right out of your hand and I'd do it again. Don't you ever treat me like some common thief. You had no grounds for your disgusting behavior and it was completely unwarranted. She even threatened to cancel the customer’s order which would affect my pay and the customer getting their order. All because I was getting understandably frustrated with her giving me a hard time for NO REASON. What a sick individual this woman is.

It's supposed to be 24/7. Drove 20 min to come here but they refused to take my order saying they were on break. Why say you're 24/7 if you refuse to take your customers orders? Please update your hours because this is fraud

Honestly, one of the worst services that I’ve ever received I went through the drive-through. The lady kept on rushing me to get my order when I told her that I needed one second to look at the menu and then as soon as I pulled up to pay she was expecting me to be using card super quick and I had to use the cash that I had and she was irritated with me and she knowingly did an input my third burrito And when I went inside to confront her about it, she confirmed this. She Use the words I know you want it three but I only charged you for two so she knowingly messed up my order and honestly she had no remorse no empathy for another human being trying to just feed themselves I do get it that it is fast food, but if I’m gonna be spending my hard earned money at this establishment, honestly I should at least be treated With a little bit more respect

I was here at store to get food it shows that they are open at night but lady told me it’s closed till 5 in morning i ask her can I wait here in parking until they don’t open she told me to leave she said I can’t even wait for another 40 minutes until 5 am sorry to say but it was bad experience they need to talk to there staff and please teach them properly also update time on google and turn off your open sign if you not open don’t waste someone else’s time please work on that THANK YOU

I just recently went to the drive-thru there to pick up an Uber each delivery order and the lady at the drive-thru speaker told me it pulled to the window so I told like to the window and waited and waited and waited and yes I waited I waited so long that I began to fall asleep and I'm not making this up that I'm being literal I began to fall asleep about maybe 30 minutes went by then So I honk my horn I'm thinking maybe she forgot about me she never once came to the window to read me or to tell me that they're preparing the order or to say that there's going to be an you know x amount of time and she came to the window slow as slow I may say are you tell she's not not want to work there she does not need to be in customer service and she came through and said he told me straight out you don't need to hawk sir and I was like okay well if you had came to the window and greeted me you know the way you're supposed to you in customer service and let me tell me that the order is be worked on and is going to take some time then maybe I wouldn't have had to honk my horn but since you ignored me for over a half hour sitting at this window I did the only thing to get your attention I honked the horn she was rude and yeah I got I don't know why she's even working there The boss should get rid of her because she does not want to be there she does not need to be there 1 oh and she threatened to cancel my order like if that's going to do something bad to me So rather than having to do with her at all I just went ahead and cancel the order myself I'd rather just cancel it and just have to deal with her or anything like that we're all here trying to do a job and even though I am doing the job technically if I'm there to pick up a delivery I am a customer so she should treat me as such

Never eat at this place had coupons so wanted to try the lady in drive thu was so rude had 3 coupons to use she said only 1 per car asked her can she ring them up separate she said no not even to try to make me happy I didn't get anything was very upset so we went to Carl's jr lost in order and a customer I will not be back there ever again was looking at everyone else reviews they say the same thing they need to get rid of her i even think she was a manager so sad

This location is okay. Good parking. Okay pricing, and the food quality is good as well as the wait time. The couple times I've gone here the employees didn't seem friendly or smile once. I get that it's just a job, but I was more happy to leave than stay.
The restrooms were not maintained nor was the dine-in tables and chairs. I'm sure the drive thru experience would be different, but this is just my opinion of a review.
