Little Hole in the Wall Restaurant. La Cascada. I ordered / had the Camarones al Mojo de Ajo ... It was tasty. Instead of the salad that comes with I swapped out for Refried beans.. Refried Beans were BOMB! With the Meal I chose Soft Homemade Corn Tortillas... You get 3 Corn tortillas with the order. I gave one to my Partner.. He Loved it... Best corn Tortillas in town that's for sure, probably in SoCal. Take my word for it I lived in Tijuana for 8 years the Tortillas are amazing! That being said, I went because I had a craving for caldo de pollo. But when they brought it out it was not what I expected, the way they make is with red stew the one that is used for menudo, idk maybe it's how it's made where they're from but I never seen that before and next time I'll go to El Super for the caldo de pollo.
