Manager is super nice employee's need some work on customer service. Don't appreciate being forced to use the kiosk seems like it takes longer and always has problems. Even when the manager helps with it.

Pulled up to purchase a few party packs. Didn't realize this location no longer has them. The manager was really rude, spoke ove the guy that was taking our order to yell out we no longer sell party packs! We understood the first time. Will never come back to this location.

No receipt given. 2 hot sauces and 2 napkins given. 8 layer burrito was teeny tiny. Rice was crunchy. I didn't think you could screw up being a Del Taco but this place did.

I always stop here to get gas and some snacks from deltaco and everyone all the time is so nice. But not today the lady treated me like I was a homeless she was so disrespectful and even close the soda machine on the lobby for me . When I ask for my refill she add water on my drink. So disappointing I work for deltaco 20 years and still do this is so embarrassing that someone from this company get this kind of behavior.

If you want tacos don't go to Taco Bell go to Del Taco tacos are way better than theirs containing more meat and definitely more cheese Taco Bell gives you a pinkie size meet with like four strands of cheese on a mound of lettuce Del Taco gives you a thumb size of meet with a handful of cheese with half the lettuce

I really don’t appreciate being told to order from a kiosk. So you have to go through the drive through to get any decent amount of help, the most recent visit I experienced one of the workers walking on the counter to clean the soda machine. Shoes and all next to the straws and napkins yum
