I wanna say great service. Chloe greeted me with a smile. Not only that she gave me the choices of the type of chocolate to get for my mocha. So refreshing to have such wonderful service. God bless you, Chloe. God bless clutch Coffee...
First time hearing about this place went as they opened bright and early 🤓 place was clean and had bright lights. Tables weren't sticky so bonus points for that! Staff was friendly and speedy loved that. The pumpkin coffee was delicious and so was the chipotle chicken melt it was super saucy! Definitely would try again!
Great tasting hot and cold drinks. Many options to choose from. Great counter service.

Klatch Coffee Drive Thru is known for its friendly service and clean environment. Many customers appreciate the comfortable seating area, making it a nice place to enjoy coffee and conversation. The drinks, including the Americano, are often praised for their quality, and the staff is quick to resolve any mistakes. Recent experiences highlight excellent customer service, with staff members going out of their way to help. One manager helped a customer get the coffee they wanted and even offered samples to choose the best flavor. Customers also mention that the staff is courteous and genuinely cares about their experience.
However, some concerns have been raised about the environment, as it is very cold inside, and the music can be too loud for those trying to work or listen to their own music. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming, and the staff’s communication and care have made a positive impression. Klatch Coffee Drive Thru continues to aim for a friendly and enjoyable experience where customers feel valued.
