Crème Brûlée Latte was very delicious, would say it's the best Latte I ever had. Customer service was great. Also, tried the cold brew with Hazelnut which was also pretty good. Great place to stop on your way to Vegas or on your way to mount high for your morning coffee.

My eldest daughter made a comment to me and said the Patio Special drink from Klatch Coffee sure is pretty good. I agree with her whole heartedly. I've already been to 3 different Klatch Coffee locations (Chino Hills, San Dimas, Rancho Cucamonga). I wondered where else are they located. Light bulb! I remember there being one on the 15 Fwy on the way up to the Devore area. Luckily, on a Friday night, they close at 8:00 PM per Yelp so we were on our way. Upon arrival, it was hard to see them because they are kind of hidden behind the Del Taco/Shell gas station. There are trees blocking their building. Anyway, I ended up driving through, around, and behind the Shell gas station to get to this Klatch Coffee in Fontana. Surprise, surprise... they have new hours so they are closed Mon-Sun at 7:00 PM, but drive-thru is still open until 8:00 PM. Whew! So happy! We went through drive-thru... it's drive-thru menu is not as elaborate as the menu inside because we were looking for the Patio Special drink and we didn't see it. Anyway, they do have it and that's what we ordered plus 2 Cinnamon Twists (not heated up). I don't care for my twist to be heated up because they get soft and I like my twists on the crunchy side. Both drink and twists were delicious... smooth and light & flaky, respectively. You can't go wrong with them. They are our go-to items at Klatch. Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Thank you so much for the you know what! We appreciate the good humor and you laughing with us. Service was very quick. Exterior was in top shape and clean. We'll be back for more of the same... maybe we'll try their other goodies or breakfast items... avocado toast is our next target LOL. Happy Klatching!

I ordered an iced vanilla chai from Klatch, and it was okay. It was a spiced chai with no vanilla flavor, but maybe there was an issue with my drink. The workers were very friendly. It's a drive-thru location, but there's also seating inside and a bathroom.

This place is great. Excellent customer service (especially Candace!), they are kind, prompt, knowledgeable. Their food and drinks are delicious. Far preferable to Starbucks and Dutch Bros. And their location is both nice and convenient.

My wife and I decided to have a coffee late at night and we didn’t realized the shop was about to close. We placed our order and Trevor, an employee, was kind enough to allow us to enjoy our coffee inside the store after hours. We really enjoyed our Vanilla Late and enjoyed Trevor’s friendliness. Today we were celebrating our anniversary and this gesture was the cherry on top on an awesome day for us. I highly recommend Klatch Coffee Fontana. Keep up the great customer service.
I LOVE Klatch. However this location is not consistent. This is the 4th, yes 4th time I give it a chance because its up the street from me and they served me unripe avocado. Its not only hard and flavorless but why serve avocado toast or avo in general if its not even ready? I have posted photos because I cant believe they still chose to serve avocado like this. Last time i ordered a breakfast wrap and had to chew through the hard avocado as well as the prior two times. SMH. Also there has been a high turn over in staff as I have noticed. The Haven and Rancho location are more consistent and I have no complaints of those locations. But this fontana one is probably the worst one I have been to due to their lack of care for the food being served here.

Won't be coming backLarge vanilla bean latte is now 6.95 so it's over 7$ with taxes.On top of that when you pay with a card, there is an automatic 4% transaction fee on top of the 8% sales tax. We're almost at 15% extra to drink here.It's good but it's not worth an extra 15%.Oh, you also can't skip the tip without them pointing out that you have to click a smaller part of the menu to skip it. This led to reduced service quality in a very obvious manner.Sorry but a 1$ tip on top of 15% for using my debit card is not appropriate in this current cost culture.Will no longer be going to any coffee shops or tipping enabled establishments for the foreseeable future.

First time trying this coffee place and I have to say is 10/10. The taste of the coffee is strong you can definitely taste the coffee but is also sweet and tasty. I ordered the crème brûlée blended and it was delicious. Chunk Chocolate chip cookies was also good!

We've been coming here every Saturday as our family tradition. We get large cappuccinos every time. Coffee has always been great! about 2 months ago, something happened and we were told that they don't make large cappuccinos, that it's not a traditional size, even thought it's on their drive through menu. So coffee ever since has bit more miss and not a hit. It's been tasting bitter or just like milk. I hope the store reads my review, and goes back to making the delicious creamy cappuccinos we came to love! Unfortunately if the coffee continues tasting sad we will be forced to look for a new coffee shop.
