Friday night at Denny’s I had Juan Reyes as my server, I love when they seat me in his section, he is so thorough and good at his job, comes around all the time filling up my water/ coffee or whatever I’m drinking..so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable, I think you should have some of your employees shadow him to improve their approach to the tables, for instant Tina L.
